วัตถุประสงค์ในการทำวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เพื่อเพิ่มช่องทางการให้คําปรึกษาทางการแพทย์สำหรับคัดกรองโรคเบาหวานด้วยเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน เพื่อพัฒนาระบบติดตาม และประเมินผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน ผู้วิจัยและทีมงานได้ลงพื้นที่ร่วมกับทีมแพทย์ พยาบาล และนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข ตลอดจนอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ได้ทราบถึงปัญหา และความต้องการเร่งด่วนในการคัดกรองประชาชนในพื้นที่เพื่อให้ทราบถึงสุขภาพของกลุ่มเป้าหมายในปัจจุบันเพื่อนำข้อมูลไปใช้กำหนดแนวทางการให้บริการ และกำหนดนโยบายในการให้บริการต่อไป
ทั้งนี้ ข้อสมมุติฐานของงานวิจัย “ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถเพิ่มช่องทางในการคัดกรองประชาชนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และสามารถประเมินสภาวะกลุ่มเสี่ยงเป็นโรคเบาหวานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และผู้ใช้งานระบบมีความพึงพอใจกับเครื่องมืออยู่ในระดับดีขึ้นไป” และจากการพิจารณาผลการประเมินระบบในภาพรวมพบว่า ผู้ใช้งานระบบมีความพึงพอใจ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x̄=4.86) ทำให้เห็นว่าข้อสมมุติฐานของงานวิจัยนี้ข้างต้นนั้นเป็นจริง
The purpose of this research to provide additional channels for diabetes screening by web application. To develop a tracking system and assess patients with diabetes. The research hypothesis "The developed system can provide additional channels for screening the target population. And able to effectively assess the condition of diabetes risk groups and system users were at a better level of satisfaction with the tools." and from considering the overall system evaluation, it was found that The users of the system are satisfied. Overall, it was at the highest level ( x̄=4.86), making it clear that the above hypothesis of this research is true.
