การจัดทำวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ทำการพัฒนระบบแสดงข้อคิดเห็น สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีวัตถุประสค์เพื่อให้กาแสดงข้อคิดเห็น เป็นไปด้วยความสะดวก รวดเร็ว ทันสมัย ด้วยการทำงานผ่านระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ และอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ ที่รับผิดชอบในการจัดเก็บ และประมวลผลข้อมูลข้อคิดเห็น ให้สามารถทำงานได้รวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น ด้วยการออกแบบที่ทำให้ผู้ใช้งาน สามารถใช้งานได้ง่ย มีฟังก์ชั่นในการตรวจสอบแหล่งที่มาของข้อมูล และแจ้งเตือนไปยังเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในทันที มื่อมีการแสดงข้อคิดเห็น สะดวก รวดเร็ว
จากผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจ ด้านการตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ระบบ ให้ระดับความพึงพอใจมาก คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.27 และมีคำส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.66 จึงสรุปได้ว่าระบบแสดงข้อคิดเห็น สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สามารถช่วยในการรับข้อคิดเห็นจากผู้ที่แสดงข้อคิดเห็นต่อสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เป็นการอำนวยความสะดวกและเพิ่มช่องทางในการติดต่อโดยไม่ต้องผ่านเจ้าหน้าที่ โดยการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศและนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ผ่านทางเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตห้เกิดประโยชน์ในชีวิตประจำวัน
