งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการงานประชุมและพิธีการคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยโดยการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 48 คน คือ อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
จากผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 48 คน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงจำนวน 39 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.25 อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 31 – 40 ปี ร้อยละ 50.00 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 68.75 จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท เป็นพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยสายวิชาการ ร้อยละ 64.58 และส่วนใหญ่มีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน 6 ปี ขึ้นไป ร้อยละ 70.83
ภาพรวมการบริหารจัดการงานประชุมและพิธีการ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ อยู่ในระดับสูง ( x̄ = 3.85, S.D. = 0.74) เมื่อพิจารณา พบว่า มีการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารความรู้จากการประชุม ( x̄ = 4.10, S.D. = 0.83) มีการส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรไปอบรมด้านงานประชุมและพิธีการ อย่างน้อยปี ละ 1 ครั้ง อยู่ในระดับสูง ( x̄ = 4.12 , S.D. = 0.76) ควรมีงบประมาณสนับสนุนในการบริหารงานประชุมและพิธีการ ( x̄ = 4.04, S.D. = 0.65) ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารข้อสรุปจากมติที่ประชุม ( x̄ = 4.00, S.D. = 0.87) มีการนาผลการประเมินไปปรับปรุงระบบบริหารจัดการงานประชุมและพิธีการ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ( x̄ = 3.95, S.D. = 0.68) ควรจัดหานวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีให้มีความทันสมัย ( x̄ = 3.91, S.D. = 0.79) มีการจัดสรรงบประมาณ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เพื่อให้งานประชุมและพิธีการ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ( x̄ = 3.91, S.D. = 0.79) อยู่ในระดับสูง
This research aimed to study the management of meetings and ceremonies of the Faculty of Education Phetchabun Rajabhat University. Methods of conducting this research were by collecting data from a sample group using questionnaires of 48 persons, namely teachers and staff of the Faculty of Education. Phetchabun Rajabhat University Statistical analysis of data, including arithmetic mean. And the standard deviation.
From the results of the study, it was found that the sample groups in this study A total of 48 people, mostly female, 39 people, accounting for 81.25 percent, in the age range of 31-40 years, 50.00 percent and most of the sample 68.75 percent graduated with a master's degree. They are 64.58% of university staff and most have a period of 6 years or more 70.83%.
