งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนากระบวนการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยโดยการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีจา นวนทั้งสิ้น 41 คน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงจำนวน 30 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.17 อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 31 – 40 ปี ร้อยละ 73.17 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 82.92 จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท เป็นพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยสายวิชาการ ร้อยละ 70.73
จากผลการศึกษาพบว่าสภาพปัจจุบันในการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนากระบวนการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 3.81 , S.D. = 0.73) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ประเด็นเรื่องดำเนินการส่งเสริมการสอนโดยการสอดแทรกคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในรายวิชาที่สอน และดำเนินการแต่งตั้งผู้รับผิดชอบดำเนินการนิเทศทุกครั้ง อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 4.04, S.D. = 0.65) และการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษามีการดำเนินการปรับตามความก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยี ( x̄ = 4.00, S.D. = 0.87) และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาให้ความสาคัญต่อการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ ( x̄ = 3.95, S.D. = 0.68) ดำเนินการตามปฏิทินการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักเรียน นักศึกษา ดำเนินการติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพให้แก่ทุกฝ่ายที่รับผิดชอบ ( x̄ = 3.91, S.D. = 0.67)
This research aims to study the development of teachers professional experience training process.Education at Phetchabun Rajabhat University Methods of conducting the research were by collecting data from sample groups in this study.
