งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และบุคลากร ที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นคณะกรรมการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ เกี่ยวกับแนวทางพัฒนาการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ขอความอนุเคราะห์ตอบแบบสอบถามนี้ โดยพิจารณาข้อมูลจากสภาพที่เป็นจริงของการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ ให้มากที่สุด
วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยโดยการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามให้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 47 คน ประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ และบุคลากร ในปีการศึกษา 2563 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลลัพธ์ของงานวิจัยนี้ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะผู้บริหาร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ( x̄ = 4.00, SD = 0.69) ซึ่งปัจจัยด้านการบริหารจัดการ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง( x̄ =4.10, SD = 0.69) ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะบุคลากร (อาจารย์/เจ้าหน้าที่)ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ( x̄ = 4.04, SD = 0.79) ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงที่สุด ( x̄ = 4.28, SD = 0.90) ตามลำดับ
This research studies the guidelines for the development of educational quality assurance operations within the Faculty of Education. The objective of Phetchabun Rajabhat University is to inquire opinions of administrators, lecturers and personnel assigned to the educational quality assurance committee of the Faculty of Education. Research Methodology By collecting data from questionnaires a sample of 47 people. Consisted of faculty and staff in 2020 for the statistical analysis Average (Mean) and the standard deviation.
