งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยของอาจารย์ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นอาจารย์ของคณะครุศาสตร์ จำนวน 37 คน ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบน
มาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 37 คน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงจำนวน 25 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 67.57 อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 31 – 40 ปี ร้อยละ 62.16 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 86.49 จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท เป็นพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยสายวิชาการ ร้อยละ 89.19 และประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิจัย 6 – 10 เรื่อง ร้อยละ 70.27 มีความสนใจในการทำวิจัยมาก ร้อยละ 72.98 และส่วนใหญ่มีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน 5-6 ปี ร้อยละ 72.98 ปัญหาในการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่งานวิจัยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 4.09 , S.D. = 0.93) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่าประเด็นปัญหาในการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่งานวิจัยในระดับมากที่สุด คือ คิดว่าการนโยบายและการบริหารงานด้านงานวิจัย ( x̄ = 4.48, S.D. = 0.55) และการพิจารณาบทความใช้เวลานาน ( x̄ = 4.40, S.D. = 0.59) จำนวนงบประมาณที่ได้รับไม่เพียงพอ เพื่อนอาจารย์/เพื่อนร่วมงานให้ความช่วยเหลือหรือให้คำปรึกษาเมื่อพบปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการทำวิจัย ( x̄ = 4.27, S.D. = 0.45) มีภาระงานสอนและงานอื่น ๆ มาก ค่าใช้จ่ายในการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวารสารมีราคาสูง ผู้บริหารหน่วยงาน/ผู้บังคับบัญชาให้การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน ( x̄ = 4.24, S.D. = 0.54) และรองลงมากคือขาดการจัดสรรงบประมาณสนับสนุน ( x̄ = 4.18, S.D. = 0.56) อุปสรรคในการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่งานวิจัยในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 3.94, S.D. = 0.68) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่าประเด็นของอุปสรรคในการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่งานวิจัยค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ วารสารแต่ละแห่งที่ใช้เวลานานในการพิจารณาบทความ ( x̄ = 4.67, S.D. = 0.55) ขั้นตอนในการขอตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยมีความยุ่งยาก ซับซ้อน ( x̄ = 4.59, S.D. = 0.52) อาจารย์มีภาระงานเพิ่มมากขึ้นทำให้ขาดแรงจูงใจในการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ และขาดการสนับสนุนงบประมาณ ( x̄ = 4.37, S.D. = 0.72) รองลงมาคือ ขาดการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหาร/ผู้บังคับบัญชา ( x̄ = 4.18, S.D. = 0.54) ขาดการช่วยเหลือในเรื่องของการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ของอาจารย์ ( x̄ = 4.15, S.D. = 0.63) ขาดแคลนผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการตรวจบทความวิจัย ( x̄ = 4.10 , S.D. = 0.46) ข้อเสนอแนะของงานวิจัย 1. ควรกาหนดภาระงานให้มีความสมดุลระหว่างภาระงานการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาระ งานวิจัย ภาระงานบริการวิชาการ และภาระงานอื่นๆ 2. ควรมีขั้นตอนการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณที่กระชับและง่ายกว่านี้ และ 3. ควรจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เรื่องการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในทุก ๆ ปี
This research aims to study problems and obstacles for publication. Research results of lecturers from Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University Collected by Questionnaires were used with a sample group of 37 teachers of the Faculty of Education.
