การวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ของงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน ของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค ข้อคิดเห็นข้อเสนอแนะและระบบติดตามจากการปฏิบัติงานในด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในระดับคณะ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในด้านขององค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ 3) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการด้านงานประกันคุณภาพให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ที่ดีขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ของงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน ของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลจากการการพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ของงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน ของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ผลปรากฏว่าการพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ของงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน ของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x̄ = 4.04) ดังนั้น ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีสามารถพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ของงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน ของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิผล



This research presents the development of guidelines for the achievement of the internal education quality assurance. Of the Faculty of Science and Technology Phetchabun Rajabhat University with the objective 1) to study problems, obstacles, comments, suggestions and follow-up systems from internal quality assurance education at the faculty level 2) to develop guidelines for internal quality assurance in terms of components and indicators point 3) To improve the process of quality assurance work to achieve better results The sample consisted of 70 administrators, faculty and staff in the Faculty of Science and Technology. The research instrument was a questionnaire to develop guidelines for the achievement of internal educational quality assurance.
