การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการรับบริการวิชาการในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านในพื้นที่เป้าหมาย กชช. 2ค จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ตามพันธกิจสัมพันธ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ และนำข้อมูลที่ได้จาการศึกษาไปกำหนดเป็นโครงการหรือกิจกรรมเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของชุมชนได้อย่างแท้จริง และใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อประกอบการวางแผนและวางกรอบแนวทางการดำเนินงานบริการวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ตามพันธกิจสัมพันธ์ของยุทธศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ประชากรในหมู่บ้านที่ต้องการพัฒนาอย่างเร่งด่วน อันดับที่ 1 (ล่าหลัง) จำนวน 2 หมู่บ้าน โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากข้อมูลพื้นฐานระดับหมู่บ้าน จากการเปิดตารางสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ (Taro Yamane) คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง หมู่ที่ 1 บ้านวังขอน ตำบลตาดกลอย อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 270 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง หมู่ที่ 7 บ้านปากห้วยด่าน ตำบลบุ่งคล้า อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 222 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 492 คน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental sampling) จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแสดงผลในสถิติพรรณนา (Descriptive statistics) ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ
จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการรับบริการวิชาการในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านในพื้นที่เป้าหมายกชช. 2ค จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์พบว่า กลุ่มหมู่ที่ 1 บ้านวังขอน ตำบลตาดกลอย อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีความต้องการให้มหาวิทยาลัยจัดโครงการบริการวิชาการ คือ โครงการด้านการเกษตร ประชากรมีความต้องการด้านการบริหารจัดการดิน/ปุ๋ย/น้ำ มากเป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาคือ ด้านการตรวจคุณภาพ/ดิน/น้ำ/อาหาร/สารตกค้างผลผลิตทางการเกษตร โครงการด้านการสร้างอาชีพ/รายได้เสริม มีความต้องการประกอบอาชีพเสริมเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาคือด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์กลุ่มชุมชน ส่วนโครงการด้านสาธารณสุข/สุขภาพ มีความต้องการด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนให้มีความปลอดภัยเป็นอันดับแรก ด้านโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริที่ต้องการมากที่สุด คือ โครงการพัฒนาด้านการเกษตร รองลงมาคือ ด้านการพัฒนาด้านแหล่งน้ำ โครงการด้านการท่องเที่ยว มีความต้องการเรื่องการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านการท่องเที่ยวมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านการศึกษาเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยว ส่วนโครงการด้านการศึกษามีความต้องการสูงสูดในด้านการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์/อินเตอร์เน็ต/เทคโนโลยี รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดการสถานศึกษาให้มีความพร้อมต่อการจัดการศึกษา ด้านระยะเวลาที่ต้องการรับบริการมากที่สุด คือจำนวน 1 วัน เป็นช่วงวันหยุด เสาร์ – อาทิตย์ ในช่วงเวลา ช่วงเช้า 08.00 น. – 12.00 น. ส่วนประชากรหมู่ที่ 7 บ้านปากห้วยด่าน ตำบลบุ่งคล้า อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีความต้องการให้มหาวิทยาลัยจัดโครงการบริการวิชาการ คือ โครงการด้านการเกษตร ประชากรมีความต้องการด้านการบริหารจัดการดิน/ปุ๋ย/น้ำ มากเป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาคือ การจัดการคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม/มลพิษ/การจัดการขยะ/การจัดการชุมชนโครงการด้านการสร้างอาชีพ/รายได้เสริม มีความต้องการประกอบอาชีพเสริมเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาคือด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์กลุ่มชุมชน ส่วนโครงการด้านสาธารณสุข/สุขภาพ มีความต้องการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพห่างไกลโรคเป็นอันดับแรก ด้านโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริที่ต้องการมากที่สุด คือ โครงการพัฒนาด้านการเกษตร รองลงมาคือ ด้านการพัฒนาด้านแหล่งน้ำ โครงการด้านการท่องเที่ยว มีความต้องการเรื่องการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านการท่องเที่ยวมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านการศึกษาเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยว ส่วนโครงการด้านการศึกษามีความต้องการสูงสูดในด้านการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์/อินเตอร์เน็ต/เทคโนโลยี รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน/การจัดการหลักสูตร ด้านระยะเวลาที่ต้องการรับบริการมากที่สุด คือจำนวน 1 วัน เป็นช่วงวันหยุด เสาร์ – อาทิตย์ ในช่วงเวลา ช่วงเช้า 08.00 น. – 12.00 น.
This research aimed to study the demand for academic services in The Target Area with The Need for Intensive Development in Phetchabun According, to the relationship mission of Phetchabun Rajabhat University. Moreover, the study's information can be used to define a project or activity to satisfy the community's needs and support planning and layout a framework for conducting academic services according to Phetchabun Rajabhat University's mission for local development. The sample in this study was two villages in urgent need of development, using data from village level basis. From the formula table of Taro Yamane, the first sample consisted of 270 people from Moo 1, Ban Wang Khon, Tad Kloi Sub-district, Lom Kao District, Phetchabun Province, and the second sample consisted of 222 people from Moo 7, Ban Pak Huay Dan, Bung Khla Sub-district, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province. The entire sample group was 492 people. This research was exploratory research using the accidental sampling method. The results were analyzed and displayed in descriptive statistics, i.e., frequency, percentage.
From the research of the demand for academic services in village development in the target area of Phetchabun Province, it was found that The first sample group, Moo 1, Ban Wang Khon, Tad Kloi Sub-district, Lom Kao District, Phetchabun Province, there is a need for the universities to organize academic service programs in the following order. In the agricultural projects, the villagers firstly need the management of soil/fertilizer/water.They also needed quality testing/soil/water/food/residue of agricultural products. For their career and extra income, there is a need for additional occupations to increase their revenue first and followed by community products development. Public health/health project, there is a need for environmental management in the community to be safe first. The most desired Royal Initiative Project is the agricultural development project followed by the development of water sources. Tourism projects have the highest demand for tourism environmental management, followed by the study of tourism routes. Finally, educational projects have the highest demands on computer/internet/technology use, followed by educational institutions' management to be ready for education. The time required to receive the service is one day during the weekends on Saturday and Sunday during the morning time 08.00 - 12.00.
The second sample is Moo 7, Ban Pak Huay Dan, Bung Khla Sub-district, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province. There is a requirement for the university to organize academic service programs as follows: Agricultural projects, the population has the highest soil/fertilizer/water management needs followed by environmental quality management/pollution/waste management/community management. For their career and extra income, there is a need for additional occupations to increase their income first, followed by the product development community. Public health/health project, there is a need for health care away from disease first. The most desired royal initiatives are agricultural development projects followed by water resources development. Tourism projects have the highest demand for tourism environmental management, followed by the study of tourism routes. Finally, educational projects have high demands on computer/internet/technology followed by the teaching management/curriculum management. The most time required to receive the service is one day during the weekends, Saturday - Sunday during the morning time 8:00-12:00.
