งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบและกลไกการบริหารจัดการงานประชุมและพิธีการ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยโดยการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 37 คน คือ อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลลัพธ์ของงานวิจัยนี้ประกอบด้วย การบริหารจัดการงานประชุมและพิธีการ โดยการ กำหนดนโยบาย แผนงาน เป้าหมายการบริหารจัดการงานประชุมและพิธีการ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( x̄ = 3.18 , S.D. = 0.96) การปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย แผนงาน เป้าหมายการบริหารจัดการงานประชุมและพิธีการ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( x̄ = 3.27, S.D. = 0.99) การติดตาม ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( x̄ = 3.18, S.D. = 0.96) การปรับปรุงแก้ไขในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับสูง ( x̄ = 3.43, S.D. = 0.84) และสภาพปัญหา ความต้องการ และข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบและกลไกการบริหารจัดการงานประชุมและพิธีการในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( x̄ = 3.27, S.D. = 0.99)
