งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาการพัฒนารูปแบบแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการทำวิจัยของอาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นอาจารย์ของคณะครุศาสตร์ที่ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนงานวิจัยต่อเนื่องกันเป็นเวลา 3 ปี ซึ่งจำนวน 5 คน ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยได้ขอนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง ดังนี้ การเริ่มต้นเป็นนักวิจัยนั้นไม่ใช่เรื่องยากนักเพราะแต่ละคนมีพื้นฐานและประสบการณ์ในการทำวิจัยตามความเชี่ยวชาญและความถนัดของแต่ละคนที่จบการศึกษามา แต่ส่วนใหญ่ความเชี่ยวชาญก็ขึ้นอยู่กับแต่ละบุคคลด้วย และเมื่อเขียนข้อเสนอวิจัยแล้วได้รับทุนก็ต้องมาค้นคว้าและศึกษาต่ออีกว่าจะทำวิจัยอย่างไรเพื่อจะได้แก้ปัญหาให้กับกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้ตรงประเด็น ตรงตามความต้องการของชุมชน จากปัญหาที่ได้พบจากการเริ่มต้นเขียนข้อเสนอวิจัยจากนักวิจัยทั้ง 5 คน มีประโยชน์กับนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ที่กำลังจะเริ่มต้นเขียนข้อเสนอวิจัยเพื่อขอรับทุนเป็นอย่างมาก สามารถสรุปประเด็นได้คือ ต้องรู้ระเบียบการเขียนของบประมาณที่ชัดเจน ถูกต้อง การลงพื้นที่ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย และประสบการณ์ในการเขียนข้อเสนอวิจัยมีความจำเป็นและสำคัญมาก หากไม่คำนึงถึงประเด็นเหล่านี้แล้ว ท่านอาจจะไม่ได้รับอนุมัติทุนอุดหนุนการวิจัยก็เป็นได้
