งานวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาสื่อดิจิทัลเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศแก่นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชบูรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพื่อศึกษาการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษา และ เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อดิจิทัลเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศแก่นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชบูรณ์ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน คือ วิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling โดยคัดเลือกจากนักศึกษา 5 หมู่เรียน จาก 5 คณะวิชา รวมจำนวน 273 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามความรู้ ความสามารถในการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษา และ แบบประเมินคุณภาพของสื่อดิจิทัล
ผลการวิจัย ระยะที่ 1 การสำรวจความรู้ ความสามารถในการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษา ด้านการเข้าถึงสื่อและสารสนเทศ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความรู้ ความสามารถในการเข้าถึง สืบค้นข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิค และวิธีการที่หลากหลาย มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ( x̄ = 3.92) ด้านการประเมินสื่อและสารสนเทศ พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีความสามารถในการแยกแยะ กลั่นกรองข้อมูล รวมถึงสามารถตรวจสอบและพิสูจน์ข้อเท็จจริงได้ ค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ( x̄ = 3.73) และด้านการสร้างสื่อและสารสนเทศ พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความรู้ ความสามารถในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตได้อย่างถูกต้อง ไม่เข้าเว็บไซต์ที่ไม่เหมาะสม และ ไม่เผยแพร่ข้อมูลที่อาจทำให้ผู้อื่นตื่นตระหนกหรือเสียหาย มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ( x̄ = 3.84)
ผลการวิจัยระยะที่ 2 การผลิตสื่อดิจิทัล เพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศ จัดทำเป็นวิดีทัศน์ให้ความรู้ 4 เรื่อง ได้แก่ Cloud Storage ผู้ให้บริการ Cloud Storage พระราชบัญญัติคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ.2560 และ รู้ทันสื่อ รู้ทันข่าว ผลการประเมินคุณภาพสื่อ ด้านเนื้อหา คุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี ( x̄ =3.67, S.D. = 0.51) และ ด้านสื่อดิจิทัล ( x̄ =3.75, S.D. = 0.52) คุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี เช่นกัน
The research on Digital Media Development for Media and Information Literacy Skills Improvement of Undergraduate Student, Phetchabun Rahabhat University. The objectives of the study were; (1) to study the status on media and information literacy of undergraduate students (2) to study and develop the digital media to encourage student’s media and information literacy. The method of this research was mixed method. Samples were 273 undergraduate students. Data collecting by questionnaires and digital media quality’s evaluated form.
The research result was divided into 2 phases, survey research and digital media development. The first phase result divided according to media and information literacy skills in 3 aspects; the access to media and information, the critical analysis and evaluation of media and information and creating the content of media and information. The study was found that most students know how to access and search for information with the variety of techniques, able to define and prove the fact information and able to use the internet safely in high level.
The second phase of this research was the evaluation of digital media. The digital media was created according to four topics, digital media on four topics; Cloud Storage, Cloud Storage Providers, the Computer Crimes Act (No. 2) B.E. 2560 and Fact or Fake. The quality of digital media were evaluated by three experts found that quality of digital media in the aspect of content quality in overall at good level ( x̄ =3.67, S.D. = 0.51) and digital media quality is also at good level ( x̄ = 3.75, S.D. = 0.52).
