การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในเขตจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2. เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในเขตจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 3. เพื่อนำเสนอการจัดการความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในเขตจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์จำนวน 134 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือที่ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย
1. แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยเป็นคำถามแบบให้ผู้ตอบกรอกเองและตรวจสอบรายการ (Check List) จำนวน 5 ข้อ ประกอบด้วย เพศ อายุ รายได้ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ
2. แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในเขตจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ทั้ง 7 ด้านประกอบด้วย ด้านการจัดการ ด้านกระบวนการการจัดการความรู้ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านโอกาสของการเรียนรู้ ด้านสร้างเครือข่ายในการทำงาน ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยี ด้านความดูแลของภาครัฐ รวมทั้งสิ้น 29 ข้อลักษณะคำถามเป็นคำถามแบบส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale)

3. The questionnaire about the suggestion is an open-end question, which is a question-checking list with frequency and calculates the percentage (Percentage).
The research found that Respondents about the development of knowledge management. In the overall picture, at a moderate level When considering each aspect, it was found that the opinions of the respondents regarding the development of knowledge management model of local wisdom of the elderly school in Phetchabun province At the agreed level, the number 1 aspect is management. At the agreed level, medium in number of 6 aspects, namely knowledge management process Leadership The opportunity of learning Creating a network of work Using technology And the supervision of the government
3. แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อเสนอแนะเป็นลักษณะคำถามแบบปลายเปิด (Open – End) เป็นคำถามแบบตรวจสอบรายการด้วยค่าความถี่ (Frequency) และคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในเขตจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในเขตจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก จำนวน 1 ด้าน คือด้านการจัดการ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยปานกลาง จำนวน 6 ด้าน คือด้านกระบวนการการจัดการความรู้ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านโอกาสของการเรียนรู้ ด้านสร้างเครือข่ายของการทำงาน ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยี และด้านความดูแลของภาครัฐ
