การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์สร้างรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิด STEM Education เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดเชิงระบบ และเปรียบเทียบทักษะการคิดเชิงระบบของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัยทั้งก่อนและหลังได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิด STEM Education เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถด้านการออกแบบกิจกรรมและการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มีการบูรการนวัตกรรมตามแนวคิด STEM Education และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิด STEM Education
 
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัยคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ศึกษาอยู่ชั้นปีที่ 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 52 คน 2 ห้องเรียนสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) โดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการพิจารณาโดยการทดสอบที t–test Dependent samples
 
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิด STEM Education ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการสร้างขั้นตอนแบ่งเป็น 9 ขั้นตอน 1.ขั้น นำเข้าสู่กิจกรรม 2.ขั้น เรียนรู้สถานการณ์ 3.ขั้น วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัญหา 4. ขั้น ระบุปัญหาและการแก้ไข 5.ขั้น สืบค้น ขยายความ 6.ขั้น วางแผน และออกแบบเชิง วิศวกรรม 7.ขั้น การสร้างชิ้นงาน 8.ขั้น ทดสอบ ปรับปรุงแก้ไข 9.ขั้น การเสนอความภาคภูมิใจ โดยผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ( x̄ =4.16) อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก และเมื่อนำไปจัดกิจกรรมให้กับนักศึกษา พบว่ามีทักษะการคิดเชิงระบบสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ.05 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบทักษะการคิดเชิงระบบของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัยทั้งก่อนและหลังได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิด STEM Education เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างคะแนนก่อนและหลังเรียน พบว่า คะแนนสอบ หลังได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษาสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3.นักศึกษาสามารถออกแบบกิจกรรมและจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่มีการบูรการนวัตกรรมตามแนวคิด STEM Education ตามรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมได้ และ 4.ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาหลังได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิด STEM Education โดยสรุปจากผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่าภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ( x̄ = 4.24 S.D = 0.48) อยู่ในระดับมาก

To develop the ability of designing activities and Learning Management integration with the innovative concept STEM Education And Study of student satisfaction Have been learning activities based on the concept STEM Education.
 
The samples used in this study. Is Students in Early Childhood Education Phetchabun rajabhat University Faculty of education.3rd Year in the second semester of the 2018 academic.year.The 52 people.Divided into 2 classroom Cluster Random Sampling Use the classroom as a unit in random order. the data analysis is Averageand Standard deviationThe statistics used inconsideration. t – test Dependent samples
 
The research found that 1)The result of the build and check the quality of the educational activities STEM Education concept. The collected data is divided into 9 process steps. 1)Import to events 2) Learn situation 3) Analyze problem scenarios 4) Identify issues and solutions 5)Expanded search 6)Planning and engineering design 7) create a workpiece 8)Test improvement 9) Offer prideBy Passed quality inspection by experts.There is an average value equal to 4.16 At a good level. And organize activities to students, found that the Found that system thinking skills were significantly higher at level 05. 2) The result of the comparison of systems thinking skills Students in the field of early childhood education After the students were activities.Learning the concept of STEM Education. When comparing scores before and after the study found.The test scores after the activities higher than before the activities. Statistically significant at the .05 level. 3) Students can design activities and Organize educational activities Stem Education concept according to the format event.And 4) The analysis of student satisfaction The latter was organized learning activities based Stem Education. In summary, from the analysis of satisfaction All 4 sides , found that the overall picture is very level.
