การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตโคเนื้อ โดยการวางแผนการผสมพันธุ์แบบฤดูกาล ในเขตอำเภอเขาค้อ อำเภอบึงสามพัน จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพ การผลิตโคเนื้อโดยการวางแผนการผสมพันธุ์แบบฤดูกาล โดยการใช้ฮอร์โมนที่แตกต่างกันในการเหนี่ยวนำการเป็นสัด ทำการวางแผนการทดลองแบบบล็อกสมบูรณ์ โดยกำหนดให้บล็อกคืออำเภอทั้ง 2 อำเภอ กำหนดให้วิธีการใช้ฮอร์โมนเหนี่ยวนำการเป็นสัดในโคเนื้อ คือ ปัจจัย 3 ปัจจัย ปัจจัยที่ 1 ปล่อยให้เป็นสัดตามธรรมชาติ(ไม่มีการเหนี่ยวนำการเป็นสัด) ปัจจัยที่ 2 การใช้ฮอร์โมนเหนี่ยวนำการเป็นสัดและและกำหนดระยะเวลาในการผสมเทียม และปัจจัยที่ 3 การใช้ฮอร์โมนเหนี่ยวนำการเป็นสัด โดยใช้ซีด้า (CIDR®) และกำหนดระยะเวลาในการผสมเทียม ทำการเก็บข้อมูลการเป็นสัด และการผสมติดในแต่ละครั้ง แล้วนำมาคำนวณหาค่าดัชนีการผสมเทียม ผลการทดลองพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการสืบพันธุ์ของโคเนื้อทั้ง 2 อำเภอแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ (P>0.05) การแสดงอาการเป็นสัดของโคเนื้อสมบูรณ์ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ การผสมติดในครั้งแรก และค่าดัชนีการผสมเทียม ทั้ง 2 อำเภอ ในทุกกลุ่มปัจจัยแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ (P>0.05)
The objectives of this study, Beef cattle production efficiency improvement through seasonal breeding program in Khao Kor and Bueng Sam Phan district, Phetchabun province, was to studied beef cattle production efficiency through seasonal breeding program by estrus induction using different hormones. Two Districts and Three treatment were imposed by Randomized Complete Block Designs. Treatment 1, natural estrus (without induction of estrus) Treatment 2, induce estrus by hormone and determine the duration of artificial insemination and Treatment 3, induce estrus by hormone plus CIDR® and determine the duration of artificial insemination. All of data, estrus and number of conception were collected and calculated for the artificial insemination index. The results showed that the reproductive efficiency of beef in both districts was not significant different (P>0.05). 100 percent of estrus expression were detected in all of beef cattle. First service in conception and Artificial insemination index
in both of districts and all of treatment were not significant different (P>0.05).
