การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทางวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี ชาวเขาเผ่าม้ง บ้านเข็กน้อย อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อจัดการองค์ความรู้และอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทางวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี ชาวเขาเผ่าม้ง บ้านเข็กน้อย อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และ 3) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและความพึงพอใจผู้ใช้ต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อจัดการองค์ความรู้และอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทางวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี ชาวเขาเผ่าม้ง บ้านเข็กน้อย อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ กลุ่มผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป และกลุ่มผู้ดูแลระบบ จำนวน 8 คน ซึ่งเป็นนักวิชาการด้านภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทางวัฒนธรรมและประเพณีชาวเขาเผ่าม้ง นักวิชาการคอมพิวเตอร์ นักวิชาการด้านสารสนเทศขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเข็กน้อย และปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน โดยการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจแบบตรวจสอบรายการและมาตราประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการองค์ความรู้และอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทางวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี ชาวเขาเผ่าม้ง บ้านเข็กน้อย กลุ่มผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( x̄ = 4.59) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านรูปแบบการนำเสนอ ( x̄ = 4.72) รองลงมา คือ ด้านความสามารถของระบบ ( x̄ = 4.16) และประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการองค์ความรู้และอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทางวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี ชาวเขาเผ่าม้ง บ้านเข็กน้อย กลุ่มผู้ดูแลระบบ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( x̄ = 4.64) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านรูปแบบการนำเสนอ ( x̄ = 4.67) รองลงมา คือ ด้านความสามารถของระบบ ( x̄ = 4.64)
