การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ และ 2.เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็น ปัญหา และอุปสรรค เกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในระดับหน่วยงาน โดยสอบถามจากบุคลากรผู้รับผิดชอบงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาจำนวน 52 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ x̄ และ S.D. ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในมี 3 ด้าน ด้านการเตรียมการก่อนการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา มีการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการด้านการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา มีการกำหนดเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจน ด้านการจัดทำรายงานการประเมินตนเอง มีการนำเสนอผลการประเมิน 2. ความคิดเห็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคมี 3 ด้าน ด้านการเตรียมการก่อนระยะเวลาในการจัดเตรียมเอกสารมีมาก ด้านการดำเนินการคณะกรรมการในการประเมินมีหลายชุดเกินไป ด้านการจัดทำรายงาน ระยะเวลาในการรับการประเมินควรมีระยะเวลาห่างกันพอสมควร
The objectives of this research were to study the guidelines for developing the internal quality assurance system of Research and Development Institute of Phetchabun Rajabhat university, and to study the opinions, problems and obstacles regarding educational quality assurance of the level within the organization by inquiring from personnel responsible for educational quality assurance in the amount of 52 people. The research instruments were questionnaires, data analysis by calculating percentage x̄ and S.D. The result found that 1. Guidelines for the development of the internal quality assurance system, there are 3 aspects of preparation before education quality assurance with the appointed a committee to conduct educational quality assurance was clear goals in the preparation of self-assessment reports. The evaluation results are presented. 2. Opinions, problems and obstacles, there are 3 aspects of preparation before the time of preparation of documents is large. The operation of the committee in the assessment was a lot report preparation. The duration of the assessment should have a reasonable distance.
