การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการต่อสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของหอสมุดกลาง สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ตลอดจนศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของอาจารย์ นักศึกษาภาคปกติ นักศึกษา ภาค กศ.ปช. โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูลจากอาจารย์ นักศึกษาภาคปกติ จำนวน 362 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยศึกษาความพึงพอใจจากองค์ประกอบ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านทรัพยากรสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ ด้านสถานที่/สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านการบริการและให้คำปรึกษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริการในภาพรวมของสำนักวิทยบริการฯ อยู่ในลำดับมากทั้งสิ้น โดยมีความพึงพอใจด้านบริการและให้คำปรึกษามากที่สุด และมีความพึงพอใจด้านทรัพยากรสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้น้อยที่สุด เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบริการและให้คำปรึกษา บุคลากรสามารถให้ความช่วยเหลือ แนะนำ และช่วยแก้ปัญหาได้มากที่สุด ด้านถานที่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก มีการจัดพื้นที่เพียงพอสำหรับพบปะสังสรรค์ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ หรือทำงานร่วมกันมากที่สุด ด้านทรัพยากรสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ฐานข้อมูลทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้เพียงพอ ทันสมัย และหลากหลาย
