งานวิจัยนำเสนอการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการใช้งานระบบโทรศัพท์ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการได้แก่ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้บริการระบบโทรศัพท์ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ และเพื่อสำรวจความต้องการ การใช้ระบบโทรศัพท์ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานในแต่ละหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์
วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยนี้ได้จำแนกปัญหาการใช้งานระบบโทรศัพท์ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต และความต้องการใช้งานระบบโทรศัพท์ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ แบ่งหัวข้อปัญหาแบบเช็คเครื่องหมาย โดยมีระดับของปัญหาจำนวน 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และแบบเขียนคำอธิบายเพิ่มเติม เพื่อให้ผู้ตอบสามารถระบุ สถานที่ และความต้องการ ตรงตามที่ผู้ตอบต้องการได้
กลุ่มประชากรที่เก็บข้อมูลเป็นบุคลากร ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 107 คน ในปีการศึกษา 2561 และแบบสำรวจที่ใช้เป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถาม สำหรับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในระบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ซึ่งสร้างโดยงานวิจัยและพัฒนาซอฟแวร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์อีกครั้ง
ผลการวิจัยในส่วนของแบบสอบถามผู้ใช้บริการมีปัญหาและความต้องการใช้งานระบบโทรศัพท์ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลางในด้านอุปกรณ์ และด้านผู้ใช้งาน ส่วนด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการพบว่ามีปัญหาและความต้องการใช้งานระบบโทรศัพท์ อยู่ในระดับน้อย
The research presented the problems and needs of using the voice over internet protocol phone network in Phetchabun Rajabhat University. There were two objectives: to study the contexts of using the voice over internet protocol phone network in Phetchabun Rajabhat University, and to explore needs of the voice over internet protocol phone network in Phetchabun Rajabhat University in order to provide and accommodate each unit within Phetchabun Rajabhat University adequately and suitably.
This research identified the problems and needs of using the voice over internet protocol phone network in Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The problems were created for marking according 5-level rating scales. The statistics used to analyze the data consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation; additionally, the respondents were able to write other information in the explanation part such location, place, and requirements.
The population in this study focused on the officers, administrators, teachers and general staff in the university. As a result, the samples was 107 after randomizing. The tool to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Moreover, satisfaction assessment would be created by the Affairs of Research and Software Development of Phetchabun Rajabhat University, then.
The results of the survey showed the levels of the problems and needs of using the voice over internet protocol phone network in Phetchabun Rajabhat University was moderate: the moderate level indicated equipment and users; meanwhile, the low level pointed at the officers.
