รายงานการวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาชุดผลิตถ่านอัดแท่งจากถ่านไม้ไผ่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการสร้างชุดผลิตถ่านอัดแท่งจากพืชพลังงานถ่านไม้ไผ่และหาแนวทางการผลิตถ่านอัดแท่งจากพืชพลังงานถ่านไม้ไผ่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 1. ชุดผลิตถ่านอัดแท่งจากไม้ไผ่ และ 2. ตารางบันทึกค่าผลการวัดค่าปริมาณความร้อน เวลาในการเผาไหม้ เถ้าและค่าความชื้น
ผลการวิจัยการพัฒนาชุดผลิตถ่านอัดแท่งจากถ่านไม้ไผ่ พบว่าชุดการพัฒนาชุดผลิตถ่านอัดแท่งจากถ่านไม้ไผ่ประกอบไปด้วย 1.ชุดเผาถ่าน 2. ชุดบดถ่าน และ 3. ชุดอัดแท่งถ่านไม้ไผ่
จากการทดลองวัดค่าปริมาณความร้อน เวลาในการเผาไหม้ เถ้าและค่าความชื้นที่ได้จากถ่านไม้ไผ่รวก ปริมาณ 1000 กรัมความยาวถ่าน 10 เซนติเมตร มีรูปทรงแท่งกลมสรุปได้ว่า
ค่าความร้อนที่ได้รับจากถ่านไม้ไผ่พื้นเมืองมีค่าความร้อนเฉลี่ย 4,830 แคลอรี่/กรัม ค่าความร้อนจากไม้ไผ่ตงค่าความร้อนเฉลี่ย 4,972 แคลอรี่/กรัม และค่าความร้อนจากไม้ไผ่รวกค่าความร้อนเฉลี่ย 4,586 แคลอรี่/กรัม
เวลาในการเผาไหม้ ค่าต่ำสุดที่ได้จากถ่านไม้ไผ่พื้นเมืองมีเฉลี่ย 12.09 กรัม/นาที ไม้ไผ่ตงมีเฉลี่ย 11.83 กรัม/นาที และ ไม้ไผ่รวกมีเฉลี่ย 12.68 กรัม/นาที
ขี้เถ้า เกิดขึ้นหลังจากการเผา ค่าต่ำสุดที่ได้รับจากผงถ่านไม้ไผ่พื้นเมืองมีค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 8.31 ขี้เถ้าจากถ่านไม้ไผ่ตงเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 7.62 และขี้เถ้าจากผงถ่านไม้ไผ่รวกเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 8.73
ค่าความชื้นของถ่านอัดแท่ง ค่าต่ำสุดของถ่านอัดแท่งจากไม้ไผ่พื้นเมืองมีค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 8.04 ค่าความชื้นจากถ่านไม้ไผ่ตง มีค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 7.84 และค่าความชื้นจากถ่านไม้ไผ่รวก มีค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 8.14

The research report a development of charcoal briquette from bamboo charcoal. There was objective to study for construction set for charcoal briquette from bamboo charcoal and seek development trend about charcoal briquette from bamboo charcoal. A tool that use in the research was 1) set of charcoal briquette from bamboo charcoal and 2) table of record heat value, time to burn, ashes and moistness value.
Result of research , A construction set of this project are compose 1. Charcoal stove, 2. Set of grinds the charcoal and 3. Charcoal Briquette.
After trial a development of charcoal briquette from bamboo charcoal, of record heat value, time to burn, ashes and moistness value.
1. Heat value about charcoal briquette , mean of heat form natives bamboo are 4,830 cals/g , mean of heat form joist bamboo are 4,972 cals/g and mean of heat form Long sheath Bamboo are 4,586 cals/g.
2. Time for burn charcoal briquette, mean of time for burn form natives bamboo are 12.09g/s , mean of time for burn form joist bamboo are 11.83 g/s and mean of time for burn form form Long sheath Bamboo are 12.68 g/s.
3. Ashes of charcoal briquette, mean of ashes form natives bamboo are 8.31 % , mean of ashes form joist bamboo are 7.62 % and mean of ashes form Long sheath Bamboo are 8.73 %.
4. Moistness value form charcoal briquette, mean of moistness value form natives bamboo are 8.04 % , mean of moistness value form joist bamboo are 7.84 % and mean of moistness value form Long sheath Bamboo are 8.14 %.
