งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ถ่ายทอดองค์วามรู้ให้กับเยาวชนเจ้าบ้านน้อยวิถีไทหล่ม
2) เพื่อประเมินศักยภาพของเยาวชนที่ผ่านการพัฒนาศักยภาพเจ้าบ้านน้อยวิถีไทหล่ม 3) เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพเจ้าบ้านน้อยวิถีไทหล่ม โดยมีการระบุพื้นที่เพื่อศึกษาคือ อำเภอหล่มเก่า ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้กำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) คือเด็กนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาจากโรงเรียนอนุบาลหล่มเก่า และโรงเรียนวัดทุ่งธงไชยจำนวน 20 คน มีการดำเนินการศึกษาโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการศึกษาเอกสาร การสังเกตและการสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง รวมถึงการใช้แบบให้คะแนนเพื่อประเมินศักยภาพของผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากการอบรมทั้ง 2 ระยะ และมีการใช้แบบให้คะแนนเพื่อประเมินศักยภาพการเป็นเจ้าบ้านน้อยวิถีไทหล่ม โดยแบบให้คะแนนมีองค์ประกอบ 5 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ ด้านการแนะนำสถานที่แก่นักท่องเที่ยว ด้านทักษะและการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และด้านความรับผิดชอบและมีใจรักบริการ จากการประเมินพบว่า จากนักเรียน 20 คนที่เข้าร่วมอบรม มีเด็กนักเรียน 4 คนที่ผ่านเกณฑ์คะแนนโดยมีคะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์ที่ 35 คะแนนขึ้นไป โดยเด็กกลุ่มนี้นับว่าเป็นเด็กที่มีศักยภาพที่ สามารถให้การต้อนรับและแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวได้

The purpose of this research is 1). Transfer knowledge to Thailom way life’s Little Guide 2) To assess the potential development of Thailom way life’s Little Guide . The area to study is Lomkao. In this study, the target group was identified. By using a specific targeting method (Purposive Sampling) is 20 student from Anuban Lomkao School and Wat Toong Thong Chai school. The study was conducted using qualitative research methodology and data collection , observations and unstructured interviews . And Use scoring to assess the potential of participants.
The research found that from the training 2 terms and The scoring system is used to evaluate the Thailom way life’s Little Guide potential. The scoring system has five components is Personality , Human relations , Introduction to tourists , responsibility, Skills and solutions and Service mind. The evaluation found that 20 students attending the training. There are 4 students who passed the test. The score was 35. This group of children is a potential child. They can welcome and guide tourist efficiently.
