การศึกษาประชาคมแพลงก์ตอนพืชในตำบลหนองแม่นา อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์
เริ่มตั้งแต่เดือนธันวาคม 2560 - เดือนกรกฎาคม 2561 โดยทำการเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำทุกๆ ฤดู รวม 3 ครั้ง จาก 4 สถานี ทำการจำแนกชนิด นับปริมาณแพลงก์ตอนพืช และวิเคราะห์ค่าคุณภาพน้ำ ผลการศึกษาพบแพลงก์ตอนพืช 181 ชนิด มีความหนาแน่น 235+438 หน่วย/มล ค่าคลอโรฟิลล์เอ 8.10+4.96 มก/ลูกบาศก์เมตร ซึ่งคิดเป็นมวลชีวสารของแพลงก์ตอนพืช (น้ำหนักแห้ง) อยู่ระหว่าง 406.13-1,625.00 มก/ลูกบาศก์เมตร โครงสร้างประชาคมของแพลงก์ตอนพืชประกอบด้วย สาหร่ายสีเขียวเกมน้ำเงิน 38.49% รองลงมาคือ ยูกลีนา 27.44% สาหร่ายสีเขียว 18.44% ไดโนแฟลกเจลเลต 10.23% ไดอะตอม 4.81% และสาหร่ายสีทอง 0.59% และมี seasonal succession ค่าดัชนีความหลากหลาย 1.3989+0.6441 ณ ที่ระดับผิวน้ำมีการแพร่กระจาย ของแพลงก์ตอนพืชดีที่สุด

The study on phytoplankton community at Nongmaena Subdistrict Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province was carried out from December 2017 to July 2018. Samples were seasonally collected 3 times from 4 stations in order to quantitatively and qualitatively enumerate. Samples identified showed 181 species phytoplankton, 235+438 unit/ml abundances and were 8.10+4.96 mg/cubic meter Chlorophyll a. Total biomass of dry phytoplankton was 406.13-1,625.00 mg/cubic meter. A structure of phytoplankton composed of blue-green algae, euglena , green algae, euglena, dinoflagellates, diatom and golden algae 38.49%, 27.44%, 18.44%, 10.23%, 4.81%, 5.94% and 0.59% respectively. Seasonal succession of phytoplankton was occurred. Diversity index was 1.3989+0.6441. The best distribution of phytoplankton was at surface water.
