การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของบุคลากรทางการบัญชีของสำนักงานบัญชี จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยการใช้แบบสอบถามประชากรบุคลากรด้านการบัญชีผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหาร และเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านบัญชี จำนวน 36 คน และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป โดยใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean x̄ ) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
ด้านคุณลักษณะเฉพาะบุคคล ความต้องการเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของบุคลากรทางการบัญชีของสำนักงานบัญชี จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ลำดับแรก คือบุคลิกภาพในการแต่งกาย มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.70 ด้านระดับการศึกษา ลำดับแรก คือระดับอนุปริญญา มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.62 ด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางการบัญชี ลำดับแรก คือด้านบัญชีการเงินและด้านการบัญชีบริหาร ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากัน คือ 4.23 ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ ลำดับแรก คือไม่เปิดเผยความลับของกิจการต่อบุคคลอื่นหรือบุคคลภายนอก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.59 ด้านทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ลำดับแรก คือเก็บรักษาบัญชีและเอกสารประกอบการลงบัญชีได้ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.26 ด้านทักษะทางปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและการสื่อสาร ลำดับแรก คือการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นในกระบวนการปรึกษาหารือกันเพื่อแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้ง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.38
The purpose of this research is to study the desirable characteristics of accounting personnel of accounting offices in Phetchabun Province. By using the population questionnaire, accounting personnel Executive Manager And 36 accounting staff and data analysis by computer program. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation (SD) were used.
