การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา หลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรดุษฏีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก หลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต
ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 44 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเรื่องปัญหาการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา หลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรดุษฏีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
ปัญหาการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรดุษฏีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า มีปัญหามากคือการฟังและการเขียน รองลงได้แก่ การพูดและการอ่าน
The purpose of this research was to study the problems in using English of graduate students of Doctoral Degree in Public Administration program at Phetchabun Rajabhat university. The simple in this research was 44 graduate students of Doctoral Degree in Public Administration program at Phetchabun Rajabhat university. The instrument used for collecting the data was a questionnaire on the problems in using English of graduate students of Doctoral Degree in Public Administration program at Phetchabun Rajabhat university. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard derivation.
The results were as follow:
The problems in using English of graduate students of Doctoral Degree in Public Administration program at Phetchabun Rajabhat university as whole aspects in a medium level. When considered by individual aspects, they were at a high level in listening and writing and in the medium level in speaking and reading respectively.
