The purposes of this research was to study the guideline of electronic library development in the point of view of the personnel in the Academic Resource and Information Technology Center of Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The sample of the study were 32 personnel of the Academic Resource and Information Technology Center of Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The instrument used in the research was a evaluated questionnaire in 15 item with 1.0 reliability, the percentage, mean, frequency distribution and standard deviation were the parameters used for statistical analysis.
The result of this research was found that there were three groups of the opinion. The overall average was 4.53, the comments are at the high level was 82.79 in percentage. The development guideline sort by descending order were
1) Personnel development guideline was the most overall average at 4.58 and if considered with the item planning and service skills were the most average; giving advices and use training. The commitment to develop and knowledge themselves for working was the secondary.
2) Policy and the budget development guideline were the most average as4.56 and if considered with the item was found that the executive and all of the personnel should take part in targeting the electronic library. The policy and indicator must set in the strategic plan for electronic development operation of the Academic Resource and Information Technology Center. And the budget plan for development should be set in short and long term.
3) Technology’s equipment and digital information resources were the most average as 4.45 and if considered with the item was found that the copyright protection of information systems was the most average. Updating the Information System for supporting the Electronic Library and there was a consistent between plan and indicator to procure equipment. There was enough an information resources for service and connect to anther network for various digital information resources.
