การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการได้แก่ 1)เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2560 โดยจำแนกปัญหาการใช้งานเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต และ 2) เพื่อการศึกษาความต้องการใช้งานเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ แบ่งหัวข้อปัญหาแบบเช็คเป้าหมาย โดยมีระดับของปัญหาจำนวน 5 ระดับ สถิติที่วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และแบบเขียนคำอธิบายเพิ่มเติม เพื่อให้ผู้ตอบสามารถระบุ สถานที่ และความต้องการ ตรงตามที่ผู้ตอบต้องการได้
กลุ่มประชากรที่เก็บข้อมูลเป็นบุคลากร ผู้บิหาร อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักศึกษา ภายในมหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างงจำนวน 258 คน แบบสำรวจที่ใช้เป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านระบบแบบสำรวจออนไลน์ ติดตั้งบนหน้าเว็บระบบยืนยันตัวตนการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตภายในมหาวิทยาลัย
ผลการวิจัยในส่วนของแบบสำรวจประเภทตัวแปรอิสระ พบว่า ปัญหาที่ต้องการให้ปรับปรุงมากที่สุด เรื่องความเร็วในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตภายในอาคาร หน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ระดับปานกลาง รองลงมาคือ ปัญหาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์มีสภาพเก่า และไม่เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน และแบบมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ สำรวจประเภทตัวแปรตาม พบว่าผู้ใช้บริการต้องการให้ปรับปรุง และเพิ่มจำนวนจุดให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย ให้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ห้องเรียนและอาคารต่างๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัย

This research aims to study the problems and the demand for Internet network within the Phetchabun rajabhat University. Classified by the year 2560 problem, use the Internet. The findings of the survey of independent variables found that the moit problem needs to improve were speed of Internet use in the building. and, a minor problem with the old computer,and insufficient to use. Found that the service needs to improve. and increase the number of spots available wireless Internet. Coverage and classroom buildings on campus.
