งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) สำรวจข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่จำเป็นในการพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ 2) สร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 3) ทดลองใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ และ 4) ประเมินทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษและประเมินความพึงพอใจของการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 เขต 2 และเขต 3 จำนวน 182 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองคือ 1) แบบสำรวจข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่จำเป็นในการพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ 2) ชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ 3) แบบประเมินชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ ตามหัวข้อ ดังนี้ 3.1) แบบประเมินทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของกลุ่มตัวอย่างก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม และ 3.2 แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนรู้ระยะเวลาในการทดลองทั้งหมด 8 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 50 นาที สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า 1) หัวข้อ ที่ถูกเลือกมาใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรม คือ เรื่องโรงเรียน ครอบครัว อาหาร ลมฟ้าอากาศ สิ่งแวดล้อม ใกล้ตัว ตนเอง สุขภาพ และนิทาน 2) ชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.0/81.01 3) ผลคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียนสูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนเรียนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 15.82 และ 4) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ในระดับมาก คำสำคัญ : ชุดการเรียนรู้ ทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ กิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้
This research aimed to: 1) investigate general information in order to develop the learning packages for improving English reading skill regarding the activity of moderate class, more knowledge 2) develop the learning packages for improving English reading skill regarding the activity of moderate class, more knowledge to meet the efficiency criterion (E1/E2) at 75/75 and 3) use the learning packages for improving English reading skill regarding the activity of moderate class, more knowledge and 4) evaluate English reading skill and a satisfaction towards the quality of the learning packages for improving English reading skill regarding the activity of moderate class, more knowledge. The samples applying simple random sampling consisted of 182 students in Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2 and 3, in the second semester of the 2016 academic year. The research instruments were: 1) a questionnaire designed to gather information required for developing the learning packages for improving English reading skill regarding the activity of moderate class, more knowledge 2) the learning packages for improving English reading skill regarding the activity of moderate class, more knowledge 3) the evaluation of English reading skill and satisfaction questionnaire towards the learning packages for improving English reading skill regarding the activity of moderate class, more knowledge. The research was conducted in 8 times (50 minutes a time). The mean and standard deviation were applied to analyze the data. The finding of this research revealed as follows: 1) the information required to use in the activity were school, family, food, weather, environment, myself, health and fable 2) the learning packages for improving English reading skill regarding the activity of moderate class, more knowledge attained the efficiency criterion at 82.0/81.01, which was higher than the established requirement of 75/75 3) the mean of posttest scores is higher than the mean of pretest scores in the level of 15.82% and 4) the students showed the high satisfaction level towards the learning packages for improving English reading skill regarding the activity of moderate class, more knowledge.
