การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์ เพื่อการพัฒนาชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการด้วยตนเองเพื่อการเผยแพร่งานวิจัยเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของนักวิจัยในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการของอาจารย์ก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการด้วยตนเอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ อาจารย์ผู้ที่ทำวิจัยในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ได้อาจารย์ที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 60 คน ใช้วิธีการทดลองโดยให้อาจารย์ชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการด้วยตนเองที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นจำนวน 3 บท ใช้เวลา 8 สัปดาห์ และทำแบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังการใช้บทเรียน 2 สัปดาห์ รวมใช้เวลาในการทดลอง 10 สัปดาห์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการด้วยตนเองบนเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต 2) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถทางการภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการทางอ้อมและทางตรงที่ใช้ทดสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลอง
การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ t-test แบบจับคู่ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการด้วยตนเองบนเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นและใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า
1. ประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการด้วยตนเองมีค่าเท่ากับ 84.11/85.41 ซึ่งถือว่ามีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
2. ความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการของอาจารย์หลังจากการทำชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการด้วยตนเองบนเครือข่ายสูงกว่าก่อนการทำชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการด้วยตนเองบนเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตอย่ามีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

The propose of this research were to develop and test the efficiency of self learning package for academic English for international conference presentations for Phetchabun Rajabhat University researchers, to compare teachers' English ability before and after using the Self Learning Package for Academic English supplementary computer multimidia materials. The sample used in this research consisted of 60 teachers who do the research, in Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The teachers studied three exercises, and did the pretest and posttest. The duration of the experiment covered ten weeks. The instrument used for gathering data were 1) self learning package for academic English ;2) academic English indirect test, used as a pretest and posttest supplementary computer multimedia materials.
The t-test was used to analyze the data in order to assess the teachers' academic English ability before and after using the self learning package for academic English supplementary computer multimedia. In addition, the mean and standard deviation of items were used to evaluation
The results of the study were as follow:
1. The average score of self learning package for academic English supplementary computer multimedia was 84.11 percent, whereas that of the posttest was 85.41 percent. This means that the self learning package for academic English were of high effectiveness.
2. The teachers' English ability after using self learning package for academic English were higher than before using the self learning package for academic English constructed at the 0.01 level.
