งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่จำเป็นในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ 2) หาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 3) ประเมินประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษในประเด็นต่างๆ ดังนี้ 3.1) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม 3.2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ด้านกิจกรรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม 3.3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 90 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองคือ 1) แบบสำรวจข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่จำเป็นในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ 2) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ 3) แบบประเมินประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ในประเด็นต่างๆ ดังนี้ 3.1) แบบประเมินทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม 3.2) แบบประเมินความรู้ด้านกิจกรรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม และ 3.3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะเวลาในการทดลองทั้งหมด 4 วัน วันละ 6 ชั่วโมง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า 1) ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์แบบสอบถามเพื่อนำมาออกแบบหลักสูตร มีรายละเอียดดังนี้ 1.1 จัดอบรมในระหว่างภาคเรียน 1.2 ระยะเวลาในการจัดอบรม จำนวน 4 วัน และ 1.3 หน้าที่ภาษา (Language Function) ที่นำมาใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรม คือ Introducing yourself, Greeting, Describing, Agreeing and disagreeing, Requesting, Comparing, Refusing, and Suggesting 2) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 75.90/75.60 3) ผลคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษหลังเรียนสูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนเรียนเท่ากับ 8.08 คะแนน 4) ผลคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านกิจกรรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษหลังเรียนสูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนเรียนเท่ากับ 7.06 คะแนน และ 5) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษในระดับมากที่สุด คำสำคัญ : หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษ ทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ
This research aimed to: 1) investigate general information in order to develop the English camp training program to enhance English speaking skills for English major students 2) develop the English camp training program to enhance English speaking skills for English major students to meet the efficiency criterion (E1/E2) at 75/75 and 3) evaluate the English camp training program to enhance English speaking skills for English major students in the topics of; 3.1 English speaking skills before and after attending this program, 3.2 knowledge about English camp activities before and after attending this program, and 3.3 a satisfaction towards develop the English camp training program to enhance English speaking skills for English major students. The samples applying purposive sampling consisted of 90 fourth-year undergraduate students majoring in English at the Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University, in the second semester of the 2016 academic year. The research instruments were: 1) a questionnaire designed to gather information required for developing the English camp training program to enhance English speaking skills for English major students 2) the English camp training program to enhance English speaking skills for English major students 3) the evaluation of the English camp training program to enhance English speaking skills for English major students in the topic of; 3.1 the evaluation of English speaking skills before and after attending this program, 3.2 the evaluation of knowledge about English camp activities before and after attending this program, and 3.3 the evaluation of a satisfaction towards develop the English camp training program to enhance English speaking skills for English major students. The research was conducted in 4 days (6 hours a day). The mean and standard deviation were applied to analyze the data. The finding of this research revealed as follows: 1) the information required to use in the training were; 1.1 holding the training during the semester, 1.2 there are 4 days (6 hours a day) for training, and 1.3 language function in the training were; introducing yourself, greeting, describing, agreeing and disagreeing, requesting, comparing, refusing, and suggesting, 2) the English camp training program to enhance English speaking skills for English major students attained the efficiency criterion at 75.90/75.60, which was higher than the established requirement of 75/75, 3) the mean of English speaking skills posttest scores is higher than the mean of English speaking skills pretest scores in the level of 8.08, 4) the mean of knowledge about English camp activities posttest scores is higher than the mean of knowledge about English camp activities pretest scores in the level of 7.06, and 5) the samples showed the highest satisfaction level towards the English camp training program to enhance English speaking skills for English major students.
