การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่าง ๆ ในจังหวัดพิจิตร และเพื่อการจัดการความรู้ความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆ ในจังหวัดพิจิตร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ชาวพื้นถิ่น ชาวไทยกูย ชาวไทยมุสลิม ชาวลาวแง้ว ชาวไทยยวน ชาวไทยเชื้อสายจีน ชาวไทยทรงดำ ชาวไทยอีสาน ชาวลาวพวน ชาวลาวครั่ง โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จากผู้ที่มีความรู้ความสามารถทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของแต่ละกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกต และแบบประเมินการฝึกอบรม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การสรุปและบรรยาย ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความหลากหลายทางภาษาของจังหวัดพิจิตรประกอบด้วย 1) ภาษาพื้นถิ่น 2) ภาษาไทยกูย 3) ภาษาไทยมุสลิม 4) ภาษาลาวแง้ว 5) ภาษาไทยยวน 6) ภาษาไทยเชื้อสายจีน 7) ภาษาไทยทรงดำ 8) ภาษาไทยอีสาน 9) ภาษาลาวพวน 10) ภาษาลาวครั่ง ความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมของจังหวัดพิจิตร เช่น ประเพณีแข่งเรือ ประเพณีลอยกระทงรอบโบสถ์ ประเพณีงานเสนเฮือนของชาวไทยทรงดำ ประเพณีกำฟ้าของชาวลาวพวน ประเพณียกธงสงกรานต์ของชาวลาวครั่ง ผลการจัดการความรู้ความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของจังหวัดพิจิตร พบว่า หลังจากการจัดการความรู้ความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆ ในจังหวัดพิจิตร โดยการแบ่งปันและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การรวบรวมข้อมูลองค์ความรู้จัดทำชุดความรู้ความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆ ก่อให้เกิดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน มีกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆ ทำให้กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆ มีการจัดการความรู้อย่างเป็นระบบ

This research aims to study the diversity of languages and cultures of various ethnic groups who had settled in Phetchabun province and knowledge management, languages diversity and cultural diversity of the ethnic group to conserve and preserve the diversity of language and culture and ethnic identity in Phetchabun province. This research is qualitative research which participatory action research. The population were used in this study was local people, Thai Kuy, Thai Muslims, Lao Gao, Thai Yuan, Chinese people, Thai Songdum, Thai Esan, Lao Phuan people, and Lao Khrang people as a conceptual framework for research on knowledge management process in 7 steps which are knowledge research, knowledge creation and knowledge searching, knowledge management of the system, knowledge processing and screening access to knowledge, sharing and exchange knowledge and learning. The results showed that after the knowledge management of the language and culture of the various ethnic groups in Phetchabun province by sharing and exchange knowledge and learning to gather information and prepare a set of knowledge of the language and culture of the various ethnic groups. It causes a collaboration of various ethnic groups to learn from each other to exchange the knowledge of the various ethnic groups in ethnic knowledge management system in each ethnic group by using the database languages and cultures of various ethnic groups in Phetchabun province for the resources of the various ethnic groups in order to contribute to the conservation and restoration of the language and culture of the ethnic groups themselves effectively.
