การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาถึงต้นทุนการผลิตอ้อยของเกษตรกรจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ได้ทาการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ กลุ่มเกษตรกรชาวไร่อ้อยจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยทาการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างในครั้งนี้ โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน จานวน 387 คน และนามาวิเคราะห์ภาพรวมในเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โดยต้นทุนการเพาะปลูกอ้อย เฉลี่ยต่อไร่ของเกษตรกรชาวไร่อ้อยส่วนใหญ่ มีต้นทุนผันแปรรวมเฉลี่ย 20,158.19 บาทต่อไร่ ต้นทุนแรงงานรวมเฉลี่ย 9,405.47 บาทต่อไร่และต้นทุนรวม 23,925.37 บาทต่อไร่ ทั้งนี้การลงทุนเพาะปลูกอ้อยในปีแรกจะมีต้นทุนที่สูงกว่าเนื่องจากจะมีต้นทุนในการปรับปรุงดินให้เหมาะสมเพื่อการเพาะปลูก การเตรียมดิน การเตรียมพันธุ์อ้อยและค่าใช้จ่ายในการเพาะปลูกสาหรับการปลูกอ้อยใหม่ในปีแรก
The objective of the research was study the cost structure for sugarcane production of Phetchabun agriculture by collecting more informations from sugarcane farmers group in Phetchabun who were selected for this a simple of sugarcane farmers cases were down from 387 peoples random sampling method and this overview of research was descriptive analysis.
The finding revealed that the average cost of sugarcane planted of farmers there are average Variable cost 20,158.19 baht per acre, labor cost 9,405.47 baht per acre and total cost 23,925.37 baht per acre all this the first year for sugarcane plants have more expenses because there are cost of land improvements, prepare quality land , sugarcane gene as well as all expenses for the first years planted .
