งานวิจัยนี้ เป็นงานวิจัยประเภทเพื่อสร้างสะสมองค์ความรู้ มีจุดประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสำรวจ ความต้องการพัฒนาการประมาณราคางานก่อสร้าง ของชุมชนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพ หลักสูตรการจัดอบรมการประมาณราคางานก่อสร้าง สู่ชุมชนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจเข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัย พัฒนาการประมาณราคางานก่อสร้าง สู่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และบุคคลที่สนใจ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ข้อมูลขั้นพื้นฐานจากการสำรวจข้อมูลขั้นพื้นฐาน บุคลากรฝ่ายกองช่าง องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ การประมาณราคาก่อสร้าง เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนา การประมาณราคางานก่อสร้าง พบว่า จากประเด็นทั้งหมด 3 ด้าน 9 รายการโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.11 ผลประสิทธิภาพหลักสูตรและประสิทธิผลการเรียนรู้ จากใช้หลักสูตรการพัฒนาการประมาณราคางานก่อสร้าง จำนวน 30 คน จะเห็นได้ว่าประสิทธิภาพของผู้เรียนจากการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีประสิทธิภาพระหว่างกระบวนการ ของหน่วยการเรียนที่ 1 2 และ 3 เท่ากับ 85.60 85.20 และ 85.73 ตามลำดับ และประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตร (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 85.51/85.73 ซึ่งมากกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 80/80
จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการพัฒนาการประมาณราคางานก่อสร้าง สู่ชุมชนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ พบว่า จากประเด็นความคิดเห็นทั้งหมด 3 ด้าน 13 รายการโดยภาพรวมของแต่ละด้าน ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านการวิทยากร มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.17 ด้านสถานที่ / ระยะเวลา / อาหาร มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.47 ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ และนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.39
This research is generate knowledge, the purpose of this research was 1) to explore Demand for construction cost estimation of the Administration Organization at Phetchabun province 2) to find effective programs and effectiveness of learning of the workshop on develop construction cost estimation of the Administration Organization at Phetchabun province And 3) to study the satisfaction of participants in the training provides knowledge to Administration Organization at Phetchabun Province and interested parties at Phetchabun province. The basic data from the surveys of basic data from personnel division of Administration Organization at Phetchabun Province to construction cost estimation the data to develop construction cost estimation.
There were found in3 aspects, 9 items as in all aspects as in high level at the average 3.11-, the performance programs and the effectiveness of learning from curriculum develop construction cost estimation with 30 people. The performance of learner from the workshop was a powerful process in the unit is 1, 2, and 3 were 85.60, 85.20, and 85.73, respectively, and the effectiveness of the course (E1 / E2) was 85.51 / 85.73, which is more than the criteria at 80/80.
From the satisfaction of the participants develop construction cost estimation of Administration Organization at Phetchabun Province found that the opinion in 3 aspect, 13 items in each aspect of participants were satisfied with the high level was lecturers as an average of 4.17, the place / time / meal aspect with an average of 3.47, on cognition and using for useful with an average of 4.39.
