การสำรวจมันพื้นเมืองสกุลแยมจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ในพื้นที่ 5 อำเภอ ดังนี้ อำเภอเมือง อำเภอเขาค้อ อำเภอหนองไผ่ อำเภอหล่มสัก และอำเภอวิเชียรบุรี พบว่ามันพื้นเมืองสกุลแยมจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ในพื้นที่สำรวจทั้งหมดมีพันธุ์มันพื้นเมืองสกุลแยมทั้งหมด 7 ชนิด ได้แก่ มันเห็บ มันหำอีโม้ มันข้าวก่ำ มันพร้าว มันเลือด มันมือเสือ และมันตีนหมีในขณะที่พื้นที่อำเมืองมีการปลูกมันพื้นเมืองสกุลแยมจำนวน 9 ครัวเรือน จากทั้งหมด 170 ครัวเรือนในพื้นที่ที่ทำการสำรวจ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 5.29 อำเภอเขาค้อ การปลูกมันพื้นเมืองสกุลแยมจำนวน 5 ครัวเรือน จากทั้งหมด 50 ครัวเรือนในพื้นที่ที่ทำการสำรวจ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 9.80 อำเภอหนองไผ่ การปลูกมันพื้นเมืองสกุลแยมจำนวน 7 ครัวเรือน จากทั้งหมด 500 ครัวเรือนในพื้นที่ที่ทำการสำรวจ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 1.40 อำเภอหล่มสัก การปลูกมันพื้นเมืองสกุลแยมจำนวน 5 ครัวเรือน จากทั้งหมด 83 ครัวเรือนในพื้นที่ที่ทำการสำรวจ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 6.02 อำเภอวิเชียรบุรี มีการปลูกมันพื้นเมืองสกุลแยมจำนวน 5 ครัวเรือน จากทั้งหมด 150 ครัวเรือนในพื้นที่ที่ทำการสำรวจ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 3.33 ตามลำดับ

Yam(Dioscoreasp.) in Phetchabun local currency the fifth district, Muang, Khao Kho NpngPhai, Lom Sak and WichianBuriwere survey. The results showed that Yam(Dioscoreasp.) in Phetchabun gave 7 species such as D.bulbifera, D.pentaphylla, D.alata(purple yam), D.alata(greater yam), D.alata(purple yam) and D. esculenta. While, Muanghas grown to Yam local currency amounted of 9 households from all 170 households in the surveyed area, 5.29 percent. Khao Kho has grown to Yam local currency amounted to 5 households from all 50 households in the surveyed area, 9.80 percent. NongPhaihas grown to Yam local currency amounted of 7 households surveyed 500 households in the area, representing 1.40 percent. Lom sakhas grown to Yam local currency amounted of 5 households of 83 surveyed households in the area, 6.02 percent. WichianBurihas grown to Yam local currency amounted of 5 households of 150 households in the area account for 3.33 percent of all survey, respectively.
