The purposes of this research were to develop the Management training online system for Phetchabun Rajabhat University. By collected data from the problems and needs of the user and developed to a Web Application. The system was developed using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Apache as Web Server, developed application with PHP and MySQL. The research found that, the Online Training Management System had the efficient operation of the system is in a excellent level (4.59 average and standard deviation is 0.66) and system designing is also in a good level (4.47 average and standard deviation is 0.69). Therefore, the Online Training Management System can be conclude the assessment of satisfaction of the participants and can be used as a channel of communication between the project and the participants as well.
