The development of performance evaluation system and ranging of the academic worker focused on an automatics evaluation system of the Rajabath Phetchabun University for the academic worker. The study objective was for develop the performance evaluation system of the Rajabath Phetchabun University.
The study focused on the academic workers or the administrators to used performance evaluation system in the academic year 2016 for the examples group of 32 persons. The examples group consisted of women 17 persons accounted for 53.13 percent and men 15 persons accounted for 46.88 percent.
The Questionnaires of the Performance Evaluation System asked for the examples group of 32 persons. The examples answer in their opinion of three point’s component of performances of quantitative performance, performance times, and performance value and the satisfied in each issues of the Performance Evaluation System. The answerer has agreed "a lot" on three point’s component of performances of quantitative performance, performance times, and performance value. The poll found that, the quantitative performance has average highest for 4.45 (S.D.=0.55). A minor is performance value of average for 4.38 (S.D.= 0.72),and the performance times of average for 4.30 (S.D.= 0.61).
In accordance with the opinion of the samples group for the satisfactions of the system performance evaluation and ranking of the academic worker, the answerer has agreed "very satisfied" in five issues. So, there were satisfied with the system all of list.
