The purpose of the research was to evaluate the satisfaction of service quality in 6 categories; Social Media, Wire Broadcasting, PCRU Post, Education Radio, Staff Service and Call Center of Public Relations of Phetchabun Rajabhat University, Muang District, Phetchabun Province, in the fiscal year 2016. A random sample of 321 freshmen from 5 faculties including Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, Science and Technology, Management Science and Agriculture Technology. The results obtained were analyzed with percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings revealed with all categories were at high level with the value ranging as Call Center (xˉ =4.13) Staff Service (xˉ =4.10) Education Radio (xˉ =4.05) Social Media (xˉ =4.04) and Wire Broadcasting (xˉ =3.94), respectively.
