Cost- benefit analysis study of multipurpose convention hall with car park: Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The purposes of this study were 1) to evaluate the cost-benefit about the project 2) to develop evaluation process about others capital expenditure in university. The study was a qualitative and quantitative research.
The results of these analyses showed that payback period was 17 years ,3 months. The net present value ( NPV) was -215,424,607 baht with was less than 0, and internal rate of return of the project was 2. 24% based on discount rate 12%. The conclusion is that this project not worthy to investment but this project was building for public benefit the project can showed a not worthy financial evaluation because there having a lot economic factor to calculate for public benefit.
