The purposes of this research are 1) to study the tourism demand for Phetchabun province 2) to study factors affecting revisit to Phetchabun province 3) to study to the development of the tourism market in Phetchabun province. Data were collected using a questionnaire and an interview from 400 Thai tourists who travel to Phetchabun Province.
The results show that most tourists are young, go to Phetchabun with friends or family, most tourists come from the central region, especially in Bankok. They recognize the tourist attraction of telling his peers, have visit Phetchabun province first time, stay at resort/guest house. Most tourists visit Khaokho, Phu Thap Boek, Wat Phra That Pha Son Kaew, Thai-Lom Walking street, Pino Latte Resort & Cafe, and Route12 Coffee.
The results of the tourism demand for Phetchabun province show that the number of nights tourists spend in Phetchabun province is affected by the number of vacation, government official/state enterprise employee, married, stay at resort/guest house. no health problems, distance from home to tourist attraction a very long distances, high income and and spending more. In terms of factors affecting revisit to Phetchabun province, the findings reveal that factors affecting revisit to Phetchabun province is affected by tourists come from central and northern region, impression of tourists for natural beauty and transportation.
On study to the development of the tourism market in Phetchabun province, the findings reveal that there should be a channel for disseminating information to promote tourism, develop a media tourism to be effective and knowledge and skills about tourism, in addition, there should organizing accommodation, traffic problems, and garbage problems. To create a good image of tourism to Phetchabun province.
