ปัจจุบันประเทศไทยตอนบนได้ประสบการปัญหาน้า หลาก ซึ่งประชากรรับมือกับปัญหานี้ โดยไม่ทันตั้งตัวด้วยเหตุนี้ผู้วิจัยจึงได้คิดพัฒนาระบบเตือนอุทกภัยช่วงฤดูน้า หลาก ซึ่งการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การศึกษาระบบการตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมผัส ปริมาณของน้า ฝน ที่จะส่งข้อมูลไปประมวลผลยังศูนย์กลาง และรูปแบบของข้อมูลที่ได้มาเพื่อที่จะนาไปเข้าสู่ กระบวนการประมวลผล 2) ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดทา เว็บไซต์ ระบบประมวลผลบนเว็บไซต์ ระบบ ฐานข้อมูล และระบบรายงานผลบนเว็บไซต์ 3) ออกแบบระบบประมวลผลบนเว็บไซต์ ระบบ ฐานข้อมูล และระบบรายงานผลบนเว็บไซต์ พบว่าระบบเตือนอุทกภัยช่วงฤดูน้าหลาก สามารถแสดงผลได้ 4 สถานะ ดังนี้ 1.แสดงถึง สถานะของสภาพอากาศและการแจ้งเตือนภัยน้า ท่วม 2.แสดงปริมาณน้า ฝนที่วัดได้( ค่าปกติอยู่ที่ 0- 15%) 3.แสดงการสั่นไหวและสภาพอากาศโดยรอบ(ค่าปกติอยู่ที่ 1-2) 4.แสดงอุณหภูมิสัมผัส แบบ Real time และ Graph(แสดงเป็นองศาเซลเซียล) 5.แสดงความชื้นสัมผัส แบบ Real time และ Graph ซึ่งระบบเตือนอุทกภัยช่วงฤดูน้า หลากสามารถอ่านสถานะจากสภาพอากาศ โดยโอกาสที่ประชากร จะประสบปัญหาน้า หลากจะอยู่ช่วงเดือนตุลาคม จะพบมรสุมและความกดอากาศต่า บ่อยครั้ง
This study aims to 1) 1) to study the development guidelines of Small and Micro Community Enterprises Barracuda mango for export in the County Nong phai district Phetchabun 2) to study the factors that affect the development guidelines of Small and Micro Community Enterprises Barracuda mango for export in the County Nong phai district Phetchabun 3) in order to offer an approach to Small and Micro Community Enterprises Barracuda mango for export in the County Nong phai district Phetchabun, , this research is a mixed research, both qualitative and quantitative , using the tools in the research is that the query form and in-depth interviews research quality by the question from a sample of all the 64 people into four groups, namely the Group 1 of 31 people. Percent to 56.50 , and the amount of used space in the cultivating Barracuda mango 1-8 acres per cent 56.50 .

Factors that affect the development guidelines of Small and Micro Community Enterprises Barracuda mango for export in the County Nong phai district Phetchabun has 4 factors: 1. economic factors. It found that the overall economic condition of the Community Enterprise Group has expanded continuously. The needs of the market, Barracuda mango are more.

3. political factors, found that the public has a more political conflict of the political. Unrest in the southern border can affect the economy. The livelihood of the public and international confidence.
4. technological environment factors. It found that technology has an important role to the development of economy and society is considerable. Affect Community Enterprise Development directly if the community can bring various benefits, both to the application of technology to commercial. Societies and communities will be able to create value to the Community Enterprise Group.
From the analysis of the problem management process and factors that affect the development of a Community Enterprise Group. Can be defined as a Community Enterprise Development seven aspects: 1. administrative, 2. operational 3. manufacturing, 4. Marketing 5. finance 6. Participation 7. news and technology.
