งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการแก้ปัญหาของชุมด้านทรัพยากรน้ำโดยรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการจัดการน้ำเพื่ออุปโภคบริโภคของชุมชน สะเดียง โดยกิจกรรมการวิจัยจะเน้นให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้เรียนรู้ตนเองและการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ใหม่ร่วมกันโดยการบูรณาการร่วมกับนักวิชาการ หน่วยงานภาครัฐบาล และเอกชน เพื่อให้เกิดการแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาขึ้นในชุมชน
          วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) การสร้างรูปแบบการจัดการน้ำและแผนการดำเนินกิจกรรมตามรูปแบบ และ 2) การดำเนินกิจกรรมและการประเมินกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานทุกขั้นตอนเพื่อนำมาพัฒนารูปแบบ
          กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นประชากรในตำบลสะเดียง อำเภอเมืองเพชรบูรณ์ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 13 หมู่บ้าน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจะใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบสามเส้าและทางสถิติแบบบรรยาย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
          ผลการดำเนินงานวิจัยสามารถนำรูปแบบการจัดการน้ำที่สร้างขึ้นทั้งหมด 5 ขั้นตอน คือ       1) การศึกษาข้อมูลชุมชน 2) การเรียนรู้ตนเอง 3) การพึ่งตนเอง 4) การสร้างความยั่งยืน และ              5) การเรียนรู้และถ่ายทอด ผ่านการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนแบบมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับคะแนน 4 คะแนน ไปใช้ในการแก้ปัญหาด้านน้ำอุปโภคบริโภคของชุมชนสะเดียงได้ และการประเมินความพึ่งพอใจในด้านความรู้และการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก 


This paper presents a solution of water resources by the community model participatory action research. The objective In order to create a model of community-managed water supply Sadiang. The research activities will focus on the prospects for their own learning and development, knowledge sharing by integrating with academics. Government agencies and the private sector to fix and improve the community. 

To conduct this research is divided into two stages: 1 ) the creation of a water management plan and carry out activities based on the theme, and 2) the operation and evaluation of operational activities at all stages to be developed model. 

The sample used in this study is the population of the Sadiang district, Muang Phetchabun Phetchabun Province, 13 villages. Data analysis method used to analyze data centers and descriptive statistics including arithmetic and the standard deviation. 

The research could lead to a form created to solve the water supply of communities have Sadiang had 5 steps as 1) community education 2) self-learning 3) self-reliance 4) sustainability and 5) learning and transferring knowlage. Participatory assessment by community development expert had 5 scores and satisfaction in the knowledge and utilization at a high level.
