การพัฒนารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรเพื่อสุขภาพโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนบ้านนางั่วเหนือ หมู่ที่ 11 ตำบลนางั่ว อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรเพื่อสุขภาพโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคต่อผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรเพื่อสุขภาพ รูปแบบการวิจัย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เชิงปริมาณ เชิงทดลอง รวมทั้งระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ กลุ่มแม่บ้านบ้านนางั่วเหนือ จำนวน 30 คน และประชาชนบ้านนางั่วเหนือ จำนวน 239 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ การสนมนากลุ่มย่อย การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีเชิงปฏิบัติการและการจัดเวทีประชาคม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประชาชนบ้านนางั่วเหนือมีการความต้องการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรเพื่อสุขภาพ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.70 ต้องการพัฒนาสบู่สมุนไพร คิดเป็นร้อยละ 79.20 สมุนไพรที่ต้องการพัฒนา ได้แก่ ฟักข้าว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.10 จัดเวทีประชาคมคัดเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรที่ต้องการพัฒนา คือ สบู่ฟักข้าว ผลการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคต่อผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรเพื่อสุขภาพ(สบู่ฟักข้าว) พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรเพื่อสุขภาพ(สบู่ฟักข้าว) ในภาพรวมระดับมากที่สุด (x? = 4.28) มีความพึงพอใจกลิ่นสบู่มากที่สุด(x? = 4.48) รายละเอียดบนฉลากครบถ้วนมากที่สุด (x? = 4.43) และขนาดของสบู่มากที่สุด (x? = 4.28) คำสำคัญ : รูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรเพื่อสุขภาพ, การมีส่วนร่วม, บ้านนางั่วเหนือ
The product development model of traditional herbal medicines to health with community participation unit 11 of na-nguanueo, na-ngua sub-district, amphur muange phetchabun province. The purposes of the product development model of traditional herbal medicines to health with community participation and study satisfaction of customer to herbal health products. This research is qualitative, quantitative research, experimental research including methods of participatory action research(PAR). The sample used in this research were na-nguanueo housewife group totaling 30 and 239 people of na-nguanueo. The research tools used consisted of observation form, interviews, focus groups, technology transfer workshops on community enterprise and community forum. The results showed that the product development requirements of the community 96.70%, herbal soap 79.20% and gac herbal (Momordica cochinchinensis (Lour.) Spreng.) 74.10%. The community forum selection of gac soap is the product development. The satisfaction of product development(gac soap) showed the all satisfaction of most (x? = 4.28), fragrance of soap in most level (x? = 4.48), The details on the label are the most complete in most level (x? = 4.43) and the size of soap in most level (x? = 4.28) Keywords : Product Development, Participatory, Na-nguanueo
