งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนากิจกรรมแนะแนวเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการสำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมแนะแนวเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เพื่อประเมินผลการการใช้กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน และผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการมีพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ตามค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียน หลังการใช้กิจกรรมแนะแนวเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่โรงเรียนที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมเป็นหน่วยวิจัยจำนวน 4 โรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย ครูแนะแนว จำนวน 4 คน นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 112 คน ดังนี้ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จำนวน 18 คน โรงเรียนบ้านห้วยลาด นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 20 คน โรงเรียนบ้านทุ่งสมอ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 2 นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 34 คน โรงเรียนวิทยานุกูลนารี และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 40 คน โรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ปีการศึกษา 2559 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ กิจกรรมแนะแนวเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการ จำนวน 12 กิจกรรม อนุทิน แบบสัมภาษณ์ครู แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน และผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการมีพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ตามค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าร้อยละ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กิจกรรมจำนวน 12 กิจกรรมมีประสิทธิภาพระดับมาก ขึ้นไปทุกกิจกรรม และ การประเมินผลการใช้กิจกรรมแนะแนวเสริมสร้างค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการสำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ สามารถนำไปใช้สอนได้ทุกแผนโดยใช้เกณฑ์ประเมินทั้งหมด 4 ข้อ คือ 1) กิจกรรมมีความเหมาะสมกับวัยและพัฒนาการของนักเรียน 2) แผนการเรียนรู้ในกิจกรรมสามารถนำไปใช้สอนได้ 3) สื่อ/ อุปกรณ์มีความเหมาะสมกับนักเรียน และ 4) ประโยชน์ที่นักเรียนและครูได้รับจากกิจกรรม สำหรับความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ตามค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการ อยู่ในระดับดี ถึงดีเยี่ยม (70 – 100 ) ร้อยละ 100 คือ ข้อ 9 มีสติ รู้ตัว รู้ทำปฏิบัติตามพระราชดำรัสของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ส่วนผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการมีพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ตามค่านิยมหลัก 12 ประการของนักเรียนในระดับดี ถึงดีเยี่ยม (70 – 100 ) ร้อยละ 100 คือ ข้อ 7 เข้าใจเรียนรู้การเป็นประชาธิปไตยอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นพระ ประมุข และข้อ 12 คำนึงถึงผลประโยชน์ส่วนรวม และของชาติมากกว่าผลประโยชน์ของตนเอง
The objectives of this study were 1) to develop , 2) to evaluate the using of Guidance Activities for promoting the twelve core values for secondary school students and 3) to study the opinions of students and parents towards the desirable behaviors according to the twelve core values for secondary school students after using Guidance Activities for promoting the twelve core values for secondary school students. The research methodology used to study was research and development. The samples were volunteer schools consisted of 4 guidance teachers and 112 students ; they were 12 Mathayomsuksa 2students from Baan Huaylard School,20 Mathayomsuksa 3 students from Thungsamor School ,34 Mathayomsuksa 3 students from Witthayanukulnaree School and 40 Matthayomsuksa 1 students from Lomsakwitthayakom School. The 4 instruments used in this study were 1) 12 Guidance Activities for promoting the twelve core values for secondary school students,2) The Journal ,3) The Teacher Interview Form and 4) The students and parents’ Questionnaire . Data were analyzed by content analysis, mean and percentage .
The results revealed that All of The Guidance Activities for promoting the twelve core values for secondary school students’effectiveness were at the most level ,the evaluation using 4 espects of criteria on Guidance Activities for promoting the twelve core values for secondary school students revealed that they could be practical ; the first was suitable for development periods of students ,the second was every lesson plan could be used to teach , the third were the media and materials were suitable for students and the last one was students and teachers could get the usefulness from the guidance activities for promoting the twelve core values for secondary school students respectively. And the students’opinions to the desirable behaviors on the twelve core values for secondary school students between the good level to the excellent level ( 70-100) that was at the 100 pecentage was item 9 having mindfulness awareness and do according to the King ‘s speech and the parents’opinions to the desirable behaviors on the twelve core values for secondary school students between the good level to the excellent level ( 70-100) that was at the 100 pecentage were item 7 understanding and learning being democracy under the King monarchy and the item 12 awareness to the benefits of public and nation more than selves’benefits .
