โครงการวิจัยเรื่อง เทคโนโคยีการกำจัดขยะแบบครบวงจรที่เหมาะสมกับองค์กรปกครอง ท้องถิ่น มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบแสะเทคโนโสยีที่เหมาะสมในการบริหารจัดการขยะของ องค์กรปกคองส่วนท้องถิ่นสู่การต่อยอดเชิงพาณิชย์ แสะเพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้แสะข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการบริหารจัดการขยะด้วยเทคโนโสยีที่เหมาะสม ผสการวิจัยพบว่า การเสือกรูป แบบแสะเทคโนโสยีเพื่อกำจัดขยะต้องคำนึงถึงป้จจัยในด้านต่างๆ ได้แก่ ด้านสภาพพื้นที่ งบประมาณ บุคสากร ด้านนโยบายขององค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่น แสะที่สำคัญคือการมุ่งเน้นการมี ส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ควรต้องดำเนินการใน 2 ระดับ คือ ในระดับนโยบายขององค์กรปกครอง ท้องถิ่น จะต้องสร้างเคเอข่ายความร่วมมือกันในรูปแบบศูนย์กำจัดขยะมูสฝอยร่วมกันโดยเริ่มตั้งแต่ การวางแผน การสำรวจข้อมูสปริมาณขยะมูสฝอยที่เกิดขนจากแหส่งกำเนิดต่าง ๆ แสะการคาด การณ์ในอนาคต ตสอดจนสัดส่วนหเอสักษณะองค์ประกอบของขยะมูสฝอยทางด้านกายภาพ เคมี แสะอื่นๆ การวิเคราะห์ด้นทุนแสะกำหนดค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดการขยะอย่างเป็นธรรม ในระดับของผู้ มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ประชาชนในพื้นที่ ดำเนินการในรูปแบบระบบการจัดการขยะมูสฝอยครบ วงจรตั้งแต่การรณรงค์ การเก็บรวบรวม การคัดแยก การนำกสับไปใช้ประโยชน์โดยใช้แนวทาง ธนาคารขยะในชุมชน
