งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาทุนทางสังคมและแนวทางในการพัฒนาเศรษกิจชุมชนในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมวิถีไทหล่ม 2) เพื่อให้ได้เส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม ตำบลหล่มเก่า อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ( Qualitative Research ) โดยการศึกษาข้อมูลด้านเอกสาร การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึก การสังเกตการณ์ การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก กระบวนการประชุมแบบมีส่วนร่วม และการทดลองเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในพื้นที่อำเภอหล่มเก่า โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ หน่วยงานภาครัฐ กลุ่มองค์กรชุมชน ผู้ประกอบการ นักวิชาการ นักท่องเที่ยว และชุมชนท้องถิ่น
คณะผู้วิจับจึงได้ประยุกต์ใช้ลักษณะการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมวิถีไทหล่ม โดยมีการจัดกลุ่มประเภทและความสำคัญของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว แบ่งออกเป็น 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านชาติพันธุ์ ด้านประวัติศาสตร์ และโบราณสถาน ด้านสถาปัตยกรรม ด้านประเพณีวัฒนธรรม และวัฒนธรรมพื้นบ้าน ด้านวิถีชีวิต และด้านภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น เพื่อใช้ในกระบวนการประชุมแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับตัวแทนชุมชน พบว่า ตัวแทนชุมชนมีความเห็นด้วย สอดคล้องและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน ต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมวิถีไทหล่ม โดยคิดว่าจะสามารถช่วยให้ชุมชนเกิดรายได้จากการท่องเที่ยว และมีส่วนช่วยให้เกิดความรักและความภาคภูมิใจร่วมกันดูแลและอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมวิถีไทหล่ม และนำผลจากการทดลองเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวมาปรับ เพื่อสร้างเป็นเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมวิถีไทหล่ม และนำผลจากการทดลองเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมวิถีไทหล่ม โดยใช้ชื่อว่า “ เที่ยวไทหล่ม เมืองสงบ เมืองเสน่ห์ ” ซึ่งการนำคู่มือนำเที่ยวมาใช้จะสามารถช่วยนักท่องเที่ยวสามารถเดินทางไปยังแหล่งท่องเที่ยวได้ภายใน 1 วันและสามารถรับทราบข้อมูลแหล่งท่องเที่ยวและกิจกรรมได้ตามความสนใจ

This study aims to; 1) study the social capital and development of community economic to promote Cultural-based Tourism Route of Thai-Lom Lifestyles, and 2) develop a cultural – based tourism route in Lomkao district, Phetchabun province. The researcher used a Qualitative Research, collected data by a study documents, analysis in-depth information, participant observations, In-depth interview, participatory action research and experimental designs these routes in Lomkao district. The sample of the survey was applied to representatives who were government officers, tourism business entrepreneurs, Tourism Lecturer, tourists and local populations.
The researcher classified the group and the importance of designing the cultural tourism element route of Thai-Lom Lifestyles into 6 key characteristics, which were ethnic, historical and ancient monument, architecture, cultures and folk cultures , Lifestyle and wisdom folkway for participatory action. Research has found that the representatives agree on the development of Cultural-based Tourism Route of Thai-Lom Lifestyles because they can gain benefits from Cultural-based Tourism Route including the possibilities that they can take part in supporting the culture heritage conservation and appreciation. The researcher applied the data to designed - tourism route, the experiment result, route testing, and real-location route to establish a tourism route which an establishment of travelogue named “Thai Lom - a quiet and Charming town” It’s a one-day trip which easy to travel and get information, destination and to do the activities according to tourist’s interests.
