งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอเรื่อง การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ตามหลักพุทธศาสนาในการปลูกฝังความรู้และคุณธรรมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภาคเหนือตอนล่างวัตถุประสงค์สรุป อภิปรายผล และข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อ 1. หลักธรรมสำหรับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนา 2.หลักธรรมที่สอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ตามหลักพุทธศาสนาและ 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ตามหลักพุทธศาสนาในการปลูกฝังความรู้และคุณธรรมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ได้แบ่งออกเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด จำนวน 396 คนมาวิเคราะห์อธิบายเชิงสถิติพรรณนา โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสังคมศาสตร์ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth interview research) อาจารย์ผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับวิชาเกี่ยวกับคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมหรือวิชาทางด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จำนวน 24 คน การสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-deep Interview) และการสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistic) หาค่าร้อยละ ส่วนค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ (Statistical Analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ คือเพศหญิง จำนวน 261 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.9 รองลงมาคือ เพศชาย 135 คนส่วนใหญ่ คืออายุ 18-30 ปี จำนวน 387 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 97.7 ระดับการศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 161 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.7 มีรายได้ตั้งแต่ 5,001-10,000 บาท จำนวน 138 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34.8 อาชีพเกษตรกรรม จำนวน 153 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 38.6
หลักธรรมสำหรับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนาของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภาคเหนือตอนล่าง พบว่าภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.453, S.D.=.536) รายละเอียดรายข้อพบว่านักศึกษามีเป้าหมายในการเรียนรู้ด้วยระบบคุณธรรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.60, S.D.=.744) รองลงมาคือนักศึกษาได้นำหลักศีล สมาธิ ปัญญามาใช้ในการเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.58, S.D.=.730) และมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือได้มีการฝึกอบรมจิตภาวนาโดยการทำสมาธิ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( =3.16, S.D.=.839)
หลักธรรมที่สอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ตามหลักพุทธศาสนาของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภาคเหนือตอนล่าง พบว่าหลักฆราวาสธรรมสี่ ด้านสัจจะคือมีซื่อสัตย์จงรักภักดีต่อชาติ ศาสนา กษัตริย์ ด้านทมะไม่ใช้อารมณ์แก้ปัญหา ด้านขันติไม่ใช้อารมณ์แก้ปัญหา ด้านขันติปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นด้วยความอดทน ด้านจาคะมีน้ำใจช่วยเหลือเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ต่อผู้อื่น เบญจธรรมห้าได้แก่ความเมตตากรุณามีความเห็นใจ สัมมาอาชีวะไม่เลี้ยงชีพด้วยการหลอกลวง กามสังวรมีสติเมื่ออยู่กับเพศตรงข้าม สัจจะสุจริตต่อการเรียน สติสัมปชัญญะตั้งใจทำความดีถวายพระเจ้าอยู่หัว
แนวทางการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ตามหลักพุทธศาสนาในการปลูกฝังความรู้และนำคุณธรรมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภาคเหนือตอนล่าง พบว่า1) แนวทางเสนอมหาวิทยาลัยแต่ละแห่งควรดำเนินการจัดตั้งศูนย์หรือชมรมพระพุทธศาสนาโดยมอบให้ฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษา คณะกรรมการบริหารกับมหาวิทยาลัย 2) เสนอร่วมทำบันทึกข้อตกลง (MOU) กับมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัยหรือมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฎราชวิทยาลัยเพื่อจะร่วมกันพัฒนาปลูกฝังคุณธรรม 3) การมีส่วนร่วมทุกภาคส่วนทั้งคณะสงฆ์ รัฐ เอกชน ครอบครัวในการปลูกฝังคุณธรรม 4) สาขาวิชามีการสอนด้วยเนื้อสอดแทรกด้านหลักศาสนาและหลักปรัชญาชีวิตที่มีเนื้อหาด้านจริยธรรมและคุณธรรมไว้ใน มคอ.3 5) แนวทางกิจกรรมปฏิบัติธรรมระยะเวลาที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด
The current study was entitled “Human Resource Development Based on Buddhism Principles in Intelligence and Morality Cultivation of the Lower Northern Rajabhat Universities' Students.” Its aims, discussions, and recommendations were: 1. To examine the moral principle of human resource development based on Buddhism principles, 2. To determine the moral principle related to human resource development based on Buddhism principles, and 3. To recommend the guidance of human resource development based on Buddhism principles in intelligence and morality cultivation of the lower northern rajabhat universities' students. The study was mixed between quantitative and qualitative research. According to research methodology, the number of the total samples used in quantitative study was 396; the respondents’ data was assessed by descriptive statistics on the statistical package for the social sciences; meanwhile, 24 of the teachers instructing morality and virtue or human resource development were used in in-depth interview for qualitative data and another 10 were used in focus group discussion. The instruments used to collect data consisted of a paper questionnaire, in-depth interview, and focus group discussion. The data analysis was implemented by descriptive statistics: percentage, mean, standard derivation, and statistical analysis.
The findings of the research indicated that the majority, 261 (65.9%), of the respondents were women and 135 (34.1%) were male. Most respondents, 387 (97.7%) fell in the 18-30 year age range. In addition, 161 (40.7%) obtained grade 3 of the middle secondary education. Meanwhile, 138 (34.8) were in the 5,001-10,000 baht income range, and the largest category of careers, 153 (38.6%), was farmers.
The overall results of the moral principle of human resource development based on Buddhism principles was moderate ( = 3.453, S.D.=.536). Following the questions items, the highest level in average ( =3.60, S.D.=.744) was “Students have a clear learning goal with the moral system; subsequently, “Students have applied the principles of precepts, meditation, and knowledge to learning” was high =3.58, S.D.=.730); and the lowest level in average ( =3.16, S.D.=.839) was “Students are afforded meditation training.”
The results of the moral principle related to human resource development based on Buddhism principles showed that about the virtues for a good household life -Truth and Honesty means respect the nation, the religion, and the king, Adjustment means no temper in any problem solutions, Forbearance means performing one’s duty with patience, Generosity means be kindly generous to others; as well as, the five ennobling virtues are namely Loving-kindness and Compassion, Right Means of Livelihood without trickery, Sexual Restraint when being with the opposite sex, Truthfulness to learning, and Mindfulness and Awareness to do good deeds for His Majesty the King.
The guidance of human resource development based on Buddhism principles in intelligence and morality cultivation of the lower northern rajabhat universities' students was recommended as follows: 1) every university should establish a Buddhism center or club by assigning the Student Affairs and the executive board of the university, 2) every university should make a memorandum of understand (MOU) with the Buddhist universities, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University and Mahamakut Buddhist University to order to corporately cultivate students’ morality, 3) the participation in morality cultivation of all sectors: the clergy, the state, the private, and the family, 4) in all majors the contents of religions, philosophy of life, morality and ethics are inserted into the course specification outline (CSO 3), and 5) every university should schedule a suitably periodic session of Dhamma and meditation training for students.
