     ปัจจุบันประเทศไทยตอนบนได้ประสบการปัญหาน้ำหลาก ซึ่งประชากรรับมือกับปัญหานี้โดยไม่ทันตั้งตัวด้วยเหตุนี้ผู้วิจัยจึงได้คิดพัฒนาระบบเตือนอุทกภัยช่วงฤดูน้ำหลาก ซึ่งการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การศึกษาระบบการตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมผัส ปริมาณของน้ำฝนที่จะส่งข้อมูลไปประมวลผลยังศูนย์กลาง และรูปแบบของข้อมูลที่ได้มาเพื่อที่จะนาไปเข้าสู่กระบวนการประมวลผล 2) ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำเว็บไซต์ ระบบประมวลผลบนเว็บไซต์ ระบบฐานข้อมูล และระบบรายงานผลบนเว็บไซต์ 3) ออกแบบระบบประมวลผลบนเว็บไซต์ ระบบฐานข้อมูล และระบบรายงานผลบนเว็บไซต์
     พบว่าระบบเตือนอุทกภัยช่วงฤดูน้ำหลาก สามารถแสดงผลได้ 4 สถานะ ดังนี้ 1.แสดงถึงสถานะของสภาพอากาศและการแจ้งเตือนภัยน้ำท่วม 2.แสดงปริมาณน้ำฝนที่วัดได้( ค่าปกติอยู่ที่ 0-15%) 3.แสดงการสั่นไหวและสภาพอากาศโดยรอบ(ค่าปกติอยู่ที่ 1-2) 4.แสดงอุณหภูมิสัมผัส แบบ Real time และ Graph(แสดงเป็นองศาเซลเซียล) 5.แสดงความชื้นสัมผัส แบบ Real time และ Graph ซึ่งระบบเตือนอุทกภัยช่วงฤดูน้ำหลากสามารถอ่านสถานะจากสภาพอากาศ โดยโอกาสที่ประชากรจะประสบปัญหาน้ำหลากจะอยู่ช่วงเดือนตุลาคม จะพบมรสุมและความกดอากาศต่ำบ่อยครั้ง
