งานวิจัยนี้การพัฒนาศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวพญาลืมแกงตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ในเขตอำเภอน้ำหนาว จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์
วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) การสังเคราะห์และการประเมินผลรูปแบบได้แก่ การศึกษาทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสังเคราะห์รูปแบบ และการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องรูปแบบ และ 2) การพัฒนาบริหารจัดการ ได้แก่ การวางแผน การจัดโครงสร้างองค์การ การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การประสานงาน การจัดสรรงบประมาณ การจัดทำบันทึกรายงานการดำเนินงาน
ผลลัพธ์ของงานวิจัยการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวพญาลืมแกง อำเภอน้ำหนาว จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ที่ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 175 คน ค่าเฉลี่ย ( x̄ ) อยู่โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ที่ 3.12 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) ที่ 1.94 จากการศึกษาพบว่าด้านการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มมากที่สุดคือมีการจัดเตรียมเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์เพื่อใช้ในการปลูกข้าว อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ( x̄ ) ที่ 4.72 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) ที่ 0.52 และลำดับสุดท้ายคือได้รับการฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านเทคนิควิธีการปลูกข้าวและวิธีการเก็บเกี่ยวข้าว อยู่ในระดับน้อย ค่าเฉลี่ย ( x̄ ) ที่ 1.91 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) ที่ 1.08

This research is the development of the management group the rice growers Paya Luem Gang according to sufficiency economy in Nam Nao district, Phetchabun Province.
To conduct this research is divided into two stages: 1) the synthesis and evaluation forms. Theoretical studies and related research. The synthetic form And to determine the correct format and 2) the development of management, including planning, organization structure. Human resource management, coordinated budgeting. The preparation of the reports. Results of Research Management Group the rice growers Paya Luem Gang according to sufficiency economy in Nam Nao district, Phetchabun Province. The survey of 175 people, average ( x̄ ) is overall moderate at 3.12 standard deviation (S.D) of 1.94, the study found that the management group is the most prepared tools and equipment to use. in rice cultivation In the mean ( x̄ ), a 4.72 standard deviation (S.D) of 0.52 and a final order is received training to provide knowledge on how to grow crops and harvest rice. In less average ( x̄ ) at 1.91 standard deviation (S.D) of 1.08.
