งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทุนทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมกับการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆ ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ชาวพื้นเมือง ชาวไทยหล่ม ชาวเขา (เผ่าม้ง เผ่าลีซอ เผ่าเย้า เผ่ามูเซอ) ชาวจีน ชาวบน ชาวลาว (ลาวพวน ลาวแง้ว ลาวครั่ง) ที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งจากผลการวิจัยพบว่าภายหลังจากดำเนินการวิจัยการสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆ ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยให้ชุมชนเป็นผู้คิดและมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานตั้งแต่เริ่มกำหนดโครงการ จนสิ้นสุดขั้นตอนสุดท้ายในการติดตามประเมินผล เน้นให้สมาชิกชุมชนรู้จักคิดวิเคราะห์ด้วยเหตุด้วยผล ส่งเสริมให้คนในชุมชนนำองค์ความรู้ไปสู่การปฎิบัติเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนต่อไป โดยผลการดำเนินงานดังกล่าวทำให้กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆ เห็นความสำคัญของการสร้างทุนทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของตนเอง ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเพื่อที่จะนำไปสู่การนำทุนทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมมาสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน และนำเอาอัตลักษณ์และเอกลักษณ์ของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ตนเองมาใช้ให้เป็นประโยชน์ พัฒนาเป็นสินค้าทางวัฒนธรรม ส่งเสริมความรู้ท้องถิ่นให้พัฒนาหรือต่อเติมจากในอดีต การบำรุงรักษา บันทึกวัฒนธรรมความรู้ที่กำลังจะสูญหาย การยอมรับและส่งเสริมความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม การเชื่อมโยงทุนทางวัฒนธรรมเข้ากับระบบเศรษฐกิจและการจัดการในยุคใหม่
This research aims to construct of sustainable social knowledge of the language and cultural diversityof Phetchabun province which the sustainable development. The population used in this study was local people, Thai Lom, trible hill (Hmong tribe, Lisu tribe, Yao tribe, and Lahu tribe), Chinese people, Nyahkur (Chaobon) people, Lao people (Lao Phuan people, Lao Gao people, Lao Khrang people) which live in Phetchabun province by using a participatory action research process. The results of this research found that after conducting research, creating a society of learning the language and culture of the various ethnic groups in Phetchabun by the community is thinking and involved in the work from the start of the project till completed the final step in the evaluation by focus on the community as a reason for his thinking and use knowledge to solve problems, encouraging the community to share knowledge to practical development communit by operation resulted in the different ethnic groups to show the importance of building social capital and culture to engage in learning together to lead the social and cultural capital, strengthening the community and bring their own identity and the identity of ethnic groups used to advantage to develop a cultural local knowledge to develop or build from the past to maintenance and recording cultural knowledge were lost to recognition and promotion of cultural diversity to linked to the economic and cultural capital management in the new era.
