งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ ได้แก่ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และแนวทางแก้ไขการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ 2. เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการพัฒนาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์
การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันการประกันคุณภาพของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 3.69) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการบริหารจัดการอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 3.93) และรองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านทัศนคติที่มีต่อการประกันคุณภาพ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 3.74) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 3.59) และลำดับสุดท้ายคือด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจการประกันคุณภาพ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 3.50) ตามลำดับ
การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขในการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ พบปัญหาด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจการประกันคุณภาพ ด้านทัศนคติที่มีต่อการประกันคุณภาพ แนวทางแก้ไขคือ แบ่งหน้าที่รับผิดชอบอย่างเท่าเทียมและมีความชัดเจน จัดกิจกรรมโครงการที่ให้บุคลากรมีส่วนร่วมด้านการประกันคุณภาพ จัดอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านการประกันคุณภาพทุกๆปีการศึกษา และปลูกฝังทัศนคติที่ดีต่องานประกันคุณภาพ
This study was conducted to assess the development of internal Education Quality Assurance for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The objectives were 1 - to assess problems and find solutions to situations pertaining to internal Education Quality Assurance for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Phetchabun Rajabhat University and 2 - to assess and provide suggestions for developing the same.
The result of the recent internal Education Quality Assurance for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Phetchabun Rajabhat University had an overall high positive response at ( x̄ = 3.69). The highest mark was in the field of management with ( x̄ = 3.93) , followed by the attitude toward education quality assurance which also was high with ( x̄ = 3.74) , the participation was high with ( x̄ = 3.59) and finally the understanding of the education quality assurance which was still high at ( x̄ = 3.50) .
The research on the problems and solutions of internal Education Quality Assurance for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Phetchabun Rajabhat University found that faculty members need to share their works pertaining to Education Quality Assurance (EQA) in a uniform and easily understandable manner. Projects for all staff regarding EQA should be developed, and at minimum a yearly seminar on EQA should be held and attended by faculty members to increase staff aptitude and to foster positive thinking regarding EQA by the student body.
