จากผลการวิจยัเรื่องการศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการทา งานเป็นทีมของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ตา บลท่าพลอา เภอเมือง จงัหวดัเพชรบูรณ์จา นวน 9กลุ่ม มีวตัถุประสงคเพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพ ์ การทา งานเป็นทีมของบุคลากรกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนตา บลท่าพลอา เภอเมืองจงัหวดัเพชรบูรณ์ใน ดา้น ความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ตอ้งปฏิบตัิความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบตัิงานกลุ่ม การพฒั นาตนเอง ในสายอาชีพ การสื่อสารภายในองคก์ ารและสภาพแวดลอ้ มภายในการทา งานโดยมีการสุ่มกลุ่ม ตวัอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาจากกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนตา บลท่าพล อา เภอเมือง เพชรบูรณ์จา นวน 9 กลุ่ม คือวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มแม่บา้นวงัยาวร่วมใจ วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มตดั เย็บผา้บา้นดงเจริญ วสิาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มน้า ดื่มธญั ญาพืชแม่บา้นท่าพล วสิาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มส่งเสริมอาชีพการเล้ียงววั บ้านอมชีวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มเกษตรกรชีวภาพสารชีวภณั ฑ์ วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มผูป้ ลูกไม้ กฤษณา(ไมห้อม) วสิาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มเกษตรอินทรียช์ีวภาพบา้นดงเจริญ วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มปุ๋ย นาขา้วพนั ธ์ดีบา้นดงเจริญ และวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มเกษตรกรกสิกรรมธรรมชาติท่าพลโดยใช้ เครื่องมือการวจิยัจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกลุ่มเป้าหมายและการสุ่มกลุ่มเป้าหมายจา นวน 90คน โดยการใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทา งานกลุ่ม วสิาหกิจชุม ในดา้นความรับผดิชอบต่องานที่ตอ้งปฏิบตัิดา้นความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบตัิงานกลุ่ม การพัฒนาตนเองในสายอาชีพ การสื่อสารภายในองค์กร และสภาพแวดล้อมในการท างานเป็ น แบบสอบถามที่ผวู้จิยัสร้างข้ึน ผลการวิจยัสรุปว่าประสิทธิภาพการทา งานเป็นทีมของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ตา บลท่าพล อ าเภอเมือง จงัหวดัเพชรบูรณ์พบว่าสมาชิกของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนตา บลท่าพลท้งั 9 กลุ่ม มี จุดเด่นในดา้นความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบตัิงานกลุ่ม สมาชิกในกลุ่มมีความภาคภูมิใจกบัผลงานที่ ได้ปฏิบตัิอย่างชดั เจนสามารถทา งานให้ส าเร็จได้ภายใตค้วามกดดนั ในการทา งานหนกัอย่างมี ประสิทธิภาพ มีความเป็นอิสระในการคิดและตดั สินใจแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจากงานและเพื่อน ร่วมงานมีการช่วยแกไ้ขปัญหาในการปฏิบตัิงานไดท้ นั ท่วงทีซ่ึงการสื่อสารภายในกลุ่มสมาชิก และเพื่อนร่วมงานจะปรึกษาหารือกนัอยา่ งเปิดใจและหาแนวทางแกไ้ขปัญหามากกวา่ จะโทษกนั และกนัและมีบรรยากาศในการทา งานที่มีความเป็นกนั เองเป็นการทา งานแบบพี่แบบนอ้งของผนู้ า กลุ่ม จุดอ่อนของประสิทธิภาพของการทา งานเป็นทีมของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนตา บลท่าพลจะไม่ มีประสิทธิภาพสามารถใชค้วามคิดสร้างสรรคเ์พื่อตดัสินใจเกี่ยวกบั งานที่ไดร้ับมอบหมายในการ ปฏิบตัิงานอยา่ งเตม็ ที่ ผลสรุปจากการวิเคราะห์ขอ้ มูลประสิทธิภาพการทา งานเป็นทีมของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ตา บลท่าพลอา เภอเมืองจงัหวดัเพชรบูรณ์จากการประมวลผลของแบบสอบถามดว้ยโดยการแจก แจงข้อมูลความถี่ (Frequency Distribution) คา นวณค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) สรุปไดด้งัน้ีจากการ สุ่มส ารวจประชากรกลุ่มตวัอย่างจา นวน 90 คน พบวา่ สมาชิกกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ตา บลท่าพล อา เมอง จงัหวดัเพชรบูรณ์เป็นเพศชาย จา นวน 21 คน เป็นเพศหญิง จา นวน 69คน อายุอยใู่ น เกณฑ์ระหว่างอายุมากกว่า 50 ปีข้ึนไป ระดบัการศึกษามากที่สุดคือระดบั ประถมศึกษา มีอาชีพ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเกษตรกร
