การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดหมุ่งหมายเพื่อ การฟื้นฟูพัฒนาภูมิปัญญาไทนการทำบายศรีไทยในท้องถิ่น ของตำบลนายม อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ เพื่อฟูการทำบายศรีไทยในท้องถิ่น และพัฒนารูปแบบการทำบายศรีไทยในท้องถิ่น
ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือกลุ่มผู้สร้างสรรค์งานประดิษฐ์ การทำบายศรีในท้องถิ่นของตำบลนายม อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ที่มีความพร้อม จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวม ข้อมูลมี 4 ฉบับ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ในการจักประชาคม เกี่ยวกับจุดแข็ง จุดอ่อนของกลุ่มผู้สร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะประดิษฐ์การทำบายศรีไทยในท้องถิ่น ของตำบลนายม อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ แบบบันทึกจักเก็บจำนวนรูปแบบ การทำบายศรีไทยในท้องถิ่น ของตำบลนายม ก่อนพัฒนาและหลังพัฒนา แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นรูปแบบ บายศรีกลับกลุ่มผู้ใช้ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ การจัดการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อ พัฒนาภูมิปัญญาไทยการทำบายศรีไทยในท้องถิ่น ตำบลนายม อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการนวิเคราะห์บรรยาย การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลวิจัยพบว่า มีการทำบายศรีไทยในท้องถิ่น ใช้ในงานพิธีต่างๆ เช่น การทำขวัญคน การทำขวัญข้าว การบวงสรวงสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ พีสมโภชพระพุทธรูป ตกแต่งรถขบวนพิธีเข้าพรรษา บวชนาค มงคลสมรส การฟื้นฟูและพัฒนารูปแบบการทำบายศรีไทยในท้องถิ่น ได้จัดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการให้กลุ่มผู้ สร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะประดิษฐ์การทำบายศรีไทยในท้องถิ่น ผลการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีผู้เข้าอบรมจำนวน 26 คน ซึ่งเกินเป้าหมาย จำนวน 1 คน และมีเยาวชนอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี ให้ความสนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการจำนวน 5 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 19.20 การพัฒนารูปแบบการทำบายศรีไทยในท้องถิ่นมีการพัฒนาการพับประดิษฐ์ใยตอง 42 รูปแบบ การประดิษฐ์พับตัวบายศรี 11 รูปแบบ การประดิษฐ์ตัดและพับตัวแมงดา 9 แบบ การประดิษฐ์ร้อยอุบะ 6 แบบ มีการประดิษฐ์มัดดอกข่า การประดิษฐ์มาลัยตุ้มแบบไม่มีลาย และการประดิษฐ์เย็บแบบทรงกลม ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบบายศรีของกลุ่มผู้ใช้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาภูมิปัญญาไทยการทำบายศยรีไทยในท้องถิ่น เฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
